Week eight of back-to-school shopping is upon us!  This week we’re excited about the Bic Markers at Kmart and all the penny/cheap items at the office supply stores.  We are also seeing a decline in the deals, so you’d better be shopping (if you haven’t already) before the deals disappear!

Don’t forget to see if your state is hosting any tax-free shopping days for back-to-school purchases of supplies, clothing and electronics! Learn more here.

My Kmart in Nassau county, NY does not have the 8 Count Bic “Sharpies” for $3.00. It is being sold for $4.99. Also, I checked the circular for Boise, Idaho. It does not have these pens on sale for $3.00. Where was that found? I went to Kmart based on your broadcast. Sadly, nothing came of it. Please kindly let me know how I can educate my location on the deal you had detailed for us. Thank you.

I am wondering about the BIC markers at Kmart. I didn’t see them in my ad or advertised online. Am I missing them or is it an unadertised deal, possibly?

  3. is there a reason why i cant choose the items i want for my list and print them?

  4. hanna says:

is the lysol at target a sale price or regular price because i didnt see it in my ad.

  5. Evelyn Mercado says:

  6. LINNY says:

staples emailed me a 2 coupon off hammermill copy paper making that free after the rebate… GREATTTT DEAL!!

  7. anna says:

i have a question, i went to walgreens today. and got two 4RR (=8RR) and i used it for my next transaction, wich was under $4, so it didnt took off, and he gave me that RR back, then i used it for my other transaction, it was said that the RR was alraydy USED, so i kinda lost 8RR. cause they didnt took off anything. is this ever happened to anyone?

    • courtingcouponing says:

This happened to me at Rite Aid. They scanned my +UP (which is like RR) but since I can’t pay tax with the +UP, the register wouldn’t take it, so the cashier gave it back to me. On my next transaction, I tried using that same +UP again and it beeped. But the cashier was nice enough to push it through since they remembered that they had scanned it the first time and i didn’t use it yet.

If I were you I would either go back and talk to a manager or call corporate. I don’t think you should have lost your RR. If it is still a problem I would return the items and give back the RR, so you can at least get your money back. Also, KCL has a really helpful section on how RR’s work. HTH!

      • anna says:

thank you so much!! i dont know if it helps going back to talk to to manager but i will try it first and if not i will call the corporate, because i too think i shouldnt lost my RR its money hey! every penny its worth!

  8. courtingcouponing says:

After all the back to school sales are done, will there be a huge clearance? I don’t recall from last year if this happened.

    • Anonymous says:

there might be some of the items that would go clearance but for the most part they just expand their office/school supply aisle for BTS and condense it back to normal after back to school.

  9. Katie says:

there is a $2 staples coupon for the Hammer Mill paper that would FREE!!

  10. Stephanie B says:

Would so love it if you could create a series like this for “Shopping for Thanksgiving Dinner.”

  11. Stacey says:

There is a Staples coupon for $2 off on the ream of paper making the paper FREE after rebate. It is an online printable coupon from Staples. I received it in an email, but it is might be available on their website as well.
