Free Children’s Benadryl at CVS!

I was excited to see this really high-value coupon print out of the CVS Coupon Machine this week! I quickly went on the hunt for the best way to use it. While there are multiple allergy medicines available, including some low-price CVS brands, I was most impressed with this find on Children’s Benadryl. Normally $6.89, get this brand name product for free (after coupons, of course!)

Children’s Benadryl-D Allergy and Sinus Syrup, 4 oz $4.99, sale price through 8/25
Use $1.00/1 – Benadryl Children’s Product, Exclude Trial Sizes – (benadryl.com)
Or $1.00/1 Benadryl Childrens product, excludes trial size and Benadryl topical products from RP 8/19 (exp 10/19)
And use $4.00/1 Allergy Relief, Excludes Pseudoephedrine, CVS Coupon Machine Week of 8/19
Final Price: Free

I’m not sure what a pseudoe-whatever is, but hopefully I can use the CVS coupon on Sunday with the Visine and turn it into a MM with the $2/1 printable. Visine would be considered allergy relief, right?

How do I get the coupons everyone speaks of?? I’ve scanned my card at the machine and it says there’s nothing. Do the coupons only print on the reciept when you purchase something?

    • Anonymous says:

The coupons that come out of the machine are based on your shopping habits and are customized to you. Not everyone will always get the same coupons. But do be sure to scan at least twice per visit!

Ok thanks! I don’t normally shop at CVS, but now that I’ve started couponing and they have the extra bucks I’m starting too.

I did the same deal and used the 2$ email coupon from a fewdays ago. Paid .49 and got 4$ back. Another site I was on shunned me for using the 3$ face/eye coupon (my lips are on my face so I’m sure the coupon excluded nail) but if it wasn’t allowed cvs employees should have been informed of that.. Great job!

I also keep getting the Revlon (and hair color) coupons. What’s a guy going to do with all those cosmetics – LOL

It didnot print for me at the cvs machine… can somebody explain to me why?

  12. ShayK says:

I used the $4 Q on $2 CVS brand travel size and used the overage to pay for the Revlon deal, $6.49 + $2 travel sized allergy meds ($8.49) – $3 Revlon Q from machine – $4 allergy Q from the machine – $4ECB from Revlon deal = $2.51 money maker.

I was able to score a better deal than the childrens Benadryl! Listen ladies…….
I scanned my card and the $4.00 off allergy relief printed. I went over to the allergy section to look for the best “adult” allergy deal. (I dont have any children, but have allergies bad myself) I saw that the Alka Seltzer Allergy Relief (Bonus box of 36 count) was on sale for $4.99 and there was a coupon a couple of weeks ago for this that was $2.00.

    Alka Seltzer $4.99
    MQ $2.00
    CVS Coupon Machine $4.00
    =$1.01 Money Maker :)

My wife is confused. She doesn’t know how to get these deals can someone help her tinkerbellruiz@yahoo.com

First she has to have an Extra Care card from CVS–this is their store “club” card and it is free. In the CVS store there is a “Crazy Coupon Machine” where she can scan her her card and it prints CVS store coupons. Not everyone gets the same coupons and sometimes the same coupons print day after day. She can scan the card 2-3 times until it says something like “sorry try again tomorrow”. CVS allows you to use their store coupons with regular manufacturer coupons. When you come across deals where you can use a CVS coupon and a manuf. coupon you can really make good deals, especially if Extra Buck are offered. Extra bucks are coupons that have a money value and can be used on future purchases–they are usually advertised in the CVS weekly circular. To get the deals she needs to scan her card everytime she checks out at the register. Go to the “Find My Store” tab and click on CVS—there is more info there on CVS policies. CVS 101 is very helpful. You can also go to CVS.com and find out more about the Extra Care program.
