  1. How does the “limit one coupon per person” restriction affect this? Is it OK because you are using coupons from 2 different weeks (6/10 and 7/29)?

Right! As long as they are not the exact same coupon, you can use both!

1 coupon per person is not enforceable and is fraud. they cannot offer coupons as incentive to buy newspapers and then say you cant use them. just because a company puts something on a coupon, it does not mean it is legal. people need to stop being so eager to bend to companies when the companies are wrong.

There is a similar deal at Rite Aid this week. Visine is $5.49, use $2/1 mq, and $1/1 in-ad coupon, pay $2.49oop and get $2+up. If you have the gold discount then these would actually be FREE + $0.61MM

I decided to get the Visine with hydroblend moisturizers. They are 2 for $7.99, and you can print off two $3 off coupons on the Visine website, making them $1 each for a superior eye drop. Good deal for someone who has dry eyes!

I think it depends on the store, the ones around me will not let me.

You may want to print out the coupon policy and take it with you next time. It says: When items are featured in a Buy One, Get One Free promotion, up to two coupons can be used against the items being purchased, as long as the net price does not go below zero for the items being purchased. Sales tax must be paid for any Buy One, Get One Free coupon offers, if required by applicable state laws. I hope that is helpful for you!
