My Walgreens when purchasing the Glad Expressions Starter kit is printing 2 Glade RR for $1 each this happened on 2 of my transactions. Not sure if this happened for anyone else. So it was $1 profit on each starter kit.

  2. xnohemix says:

I actually saw on Youtube that the Glade Expressions is spitting out 2 $1 RR.

Right. Thanks for bringing that up.

I have always had a good experience at Walgreens. I get the same 2 cashiers each Sunday, and even if somethings doesn’t work right, they figure at a way to make it work. They have what I want in stock. So I am excited about this new program:)

  5. Em says:

In my Wags ad, it says for the Blistex, 2/$3 with $1off coupon in sunday newspapers, so it ends up being 2/$2. Nothing about 2rr :(

  6. jacrat16 says:

That chap-stick deal is great because I need some more!

  7. Jen says:

So, how can you use the target coupon at Walgreens? They allow that, even though the coupon says Target?

    • Anonymous says:

It is actually a manufacturer coupon that comes from Target’s website. Because it does say “Manufacturer Coupon” on it, Walgreens will accept it!

  8. verenice gonzalez says:

I will try to buy items that earn points with RR and for those that you earn RR use my points, let see how this works, i know i have to wait for 3-5 day to get my points boo :)

    • Anonymous says:

That’s an idea! Let us know how it works!

    • Anonymous says:

I’ve called so many times trying to get a straightforward answer from Walgreens on whether you can do this and they have all said NO. But, it also sounded like they weren’t 100% sure, so let us know how it goes!

  9. pricila says:

these above mentioned items with bonus points will turned out free if we will consider the bonus points, am I right?

  10. diane says:

I was in Walgeens yesterday and the cashier told me as of the 16th they would no longer be giving out register rewards on anything. Has anyone else heard this ??

    • sully says:

some cashiers are telling people than starting black friday, other cashiers are saying next year and now one told you the 16th. they dont even know their own coupon policy which has being active like forever and i really doubt they know the details of this new program. you will know it by memory by the time they learn they have a new rewards program LOL. I say just ignore the comments unless walgreens corporate makes an official anouncement for now walgreens corporate says both are active. There are copies of the walgreens ad online as far as october and they advertise RR’s promotion.

    • Anonymous says:

That is incorrect. In the ad for this coming week (starting September 16th!), there are some deals advertised with Register Rewards.

  11. lyz says:

since the points are being tracked with the card, does that mean we can only get the points once per offer? Or can we them multiple times in differant transactions?

    • sully says:

there are so many thing yet to be answered i hope kcl post something about it soon cause there is not a lot of info at walgreens. another thing i was wondering cause it has being mention that if you redeem pts on things that give u pts you wont get the new points which sucks if it turn out to be that way i wont be shopping there anymore

      • Anonymous says:

It’s true that you can’t use points and earn points in the same transaction :(

        • sully says:

thanks that is no good. i guess i will have to separate transactions and use my points on stuff that don’t earn points or rewards but are still cheap. We couponers always find a way

    • Anonymous says:

We really don’t know the answer to that question yet. We’ll have to wait until Sunday to figure a lot of these things out. Sorry.

      • Anonymous says:

We do know that the policy says, “The company has the right to limit Points awarded with respect to any offer or promotion to reasonable household quantities.” Other than that, it seems you can earn as many points as you like as long as they are done in separate transactions, and as long as you don’t use points to pay. In this way, it is very similar to Register Rewards.

    • tara says:

u can do more than one i wondered the same thing

  12. Chris Feehan says:

how do you get the points program?

  13. sully says:

hey this point program is cool, since 1,000 points is $1 dollar they are being generous with the points just as with the rr’s i was wondering with points we dont have to worry about filler items right?

    • Anonymous says:

I don’t know yet if we will need fillers or not. It will be interesting to discover those finer details come Sunday!

  14. TashaRae says:

On the Glade plug-in scented oil warmers, do you need to use three coupons in order to get them at .33c?
