Went to my CVS and used the B1G1 free Venus razors. I figured the first one would be a MM and the second one free. However, I bought 2 at $6.79 and she took off $7.99 for the free one because that’s the normal price and then my receipt printed out $10 instead of $5 ECB. I asked her in surprise if they limit was more than one and she said it was 3. She said sometimes there is a misprint in the ad on the limit but the limit should be 3 for the $5 ECB in all CVS’. Going back to get my 3rd one with my $4 coupon for another MM. Thanks CVS!!

Can anyone tell me if a razor is considered a beauty item? Thanks.

I was in my cvs and purchased the gillete venus embrace 1 count razor. When my receipt printed I did not receive the $5.00 extrabucks. I told her that the extrabucks didnt print (they were not marked but the other 1ct razor was included last time as well) so she manually printed the $5.00 extrabucks. I dont know if I should have received the extrabucks. I looked in the brag lounge and noticed that other people posted a picture with this razor and it did produce the $5.00. I feel bad because I don’t know if I was correct!

Question: In the circular is states venus OR gillette fusion proglide for the $5 ECB and only 1 per card. Can I get one of each and still receive two ECBs?

  5. q says:

They would not let me use my 25% off, on the thermacare and alteril. The 3.79 and 5.79 prices are the regular price. Because they give rewards, do they consider it a sale price, even though it is the regular price?

  6. Kassandra Lee says:

Can’t you get TWO razors use a 4 off coupon and a B1G1 coupon and score a better deal?

    • Carolynn Silva says:

yes, you can! but you can only use 1 mfr Q per item, so that would be the max amout of mfr Q that could be used. I do It all the time.
      hope I am clear enough..lol

  7. Anonymous says:

Usually it excludes the 1 count as a trial size. Walgreens has the Thermacare for points this week. If you can print two coupons, that might work for you.

  8. Emily says:

I did not get the ECB back on the venus razors, did anyone?

  9. bamabragger says:

Will nail polish be considered a cosmetic??

  10. Rebekah says:

Does anyone know whether the $4/12 cosmetics coupon will print daily or only once during the week?

    • kylie says:

      Only once

    • bamabragger says:

The last time I think they printed every day when it was advertised in the sale paper like this is!!

      • recumbentrider says:

that’s weird.. i remember only getting one last time (i scanned my everyday)… I do however remember they did print everyday in the past.. but that was a while ago.

If you look closely at the fine print it says only one per card.. but maybe they’ll change they’re mind and print the cosmetic coupon everyday instead of that darn stationary coupon. lol

        • bamabragger says:

It was a while ago that I’m thinking of, but I did not read the fine print. Surely they will get rid of that irritating Caliber coupon soon, I hope we’ve seen the last of it!!

    • karen says:

it will print only one time

  11. Krystle says:

Is the 1count therma care considered a travel size? There is a $3 Thermacare coupon on Facebook for any Thermacare product excluding travel sizes. I hope it’s not a travel size because it would be a $3mm.

  12. recumbentrider says:

if you got the % off coupon you can make the gillette deal even sweeter with it because it’s regular price.

also the nature’s made vitamins (get $10 wyb $20) can also be used with the % off coupon. Could be a MM, or free almost free.. depending on what you buy and what MQ’s are used.

  13. bnvue says:

Can I use the P&G $3.00/1 Venus razor, refill, and disposables or Daisy disposables for the razor?

  14. Katey Coupon says:

    *Sorry typo :(
    Limit 4 like, not line….

  15. Katey Coupon says:

Limit 4 line in same trip – refers to the number of the same coupons that you can use in the one transaction.
CVS limits that particular ECB deal to one per CVS card.
So you would just be able to get the ECB the one time.

    • ashley says:

what about when there is no ecbs involved and its just a sale price, i noticed on the dawn that there was a limit of 7. is that per shopping trip (the q says 4)? or for that total sale?

      • Anonymous says:

That is also per shopping trip. But you’ll only be able to use 4 coupons. Hope that helps.

        • Nick says:

On a similar topic. I went to CVS and tried to use 2 BOGO coupons for 4 Pantene large size bottles…priced at $5.99 each but the clerk told me that I can only use 1 coupon per purchase. I always thought you can use up to 4 coupons per transaction? Please advise..Thanks.

          • recumbentrider says:

1 coupon per purchase means per item(s) indicated on the coupon. 4 coupons per transaction means just that.. you can use 4 like coupons per transaction.

I recommend you asking to speak to a manager if it happens again… it that doesn’t work go to a different cvs.

          • Anonymous says:

“One coupon per purchase….of products and quantities stated.” Those last few words SHOULD help clarify the “one per purchase” misunderstanding. You were correct in your usage.

  16. Since I’m just learning – in the CVS razor deal for next week, it says 4 like in same trip. Does that mean you can do all 4 at once and get 5.00 ecb x 4 or do each coupon as a separate transaction?

    • Pause85 says:

You can only earn 5 ecb once. There are limits to certain deals and you’ll be able to see that here on KCL or in the flyer.

But yes, if the coupon states only 4 per trip/transaction/customer, than you may only use 4.

      • bamabragger says:

I bought the Venus razor @ 6.99 tonight and on bottom of my receipt says Gillette: Quantity toward reward (1) : Quantity needed to earn reward (1). So, it should work again!! Anybody tried it yet??

        • Anonymous says:

I’ve done it 4 times so far. Ive read that the limit is 5. My receipt says I can do at least 1 more.

          • bamabragger says:

That’s cool!! I got 4 on 2 different cards but they’ve all been gone since Sunday! lol

    • nd says:

Whenever a drugstore offers ExtraCare bucks, +UP rewards, or Register Rewards, they always place a limit on how many offers you can get. At Walgreens you are only allowed one offer, while Rite Aid and CVS will usually allow you at least two.

      • Anonymous says:

But at Walgreens, at least for the time being, you can do as many transactions as you want for the RR deals. That may end with the cards and limit like CVS does.

    • Anonymous says:

You can only use 4 coupons per trip. But if you want that particular deal, you’ll only be able to do it once. You’ll notice on the italicized “promo” line, there is a limit of 1 for that promotion. We list all deal limitations, as well as coupon specifications, but they don’t necessarily have anything to do with one another :) Hope that helps!
