    I used to always buy the softgels but I switched to the chewable tablets because I find that they work faster and they can be taken without water.

        You’re more than welcome. I wouldn’t go back to the softgels for anything. The tablets work better (for me). One of the local pharmacists steered me to the tablets a while back and said to drink lots of water. Tablets tend to work faster because they dissolve faster than the softgels.
