It does vary by region and even by individual stores. It never hurts to call your local store and find out before you head out to shop.

Ok im in illinois and it states on the Kroger website that the Food 4 Less stores are Kroger… So do the same rules apply for couponing and the double coupon?

Just a heads-up. These tp rolls are tiny! They have definitely downsized Angel Soft 4 packs.

Is this a regional price, or is this for all the Kroger stores?

it goes often on sale at $1 here in s. cal at food 4 less and ralphs (both kroger affiliates) but they are the regular rolls very small they dont last a lot. but at that price is still good i think. they dont double here but 4 rolls for .75c is not bad

It depends on the region, but I don’t think there is a huge difference in price. Some stores have them priced at $1.00 some at $1.19. But each Kroger does have them on some type of sale this week through 9/29.

I cant locate anyone that doubles coupons or allows multiple coupons on a single product. Many manufactureres are now adding a clause to the coupons that only ONE coupon is allowed per item. So the concept of exteme couponing is being forced out by companies!

    • Do live near a Rainbow foods? Here in Wisconsin we have Copps but they are both run by Roundy’s. Copps and Rainbow foods double 5 coupons on Wednesdays and special Saturdays when you spend $25. HTH

Kroger has regions of the country that allow doubling. Kroger is other regions do not allow them. I agree it can be agravating, but it is not like that with every manufacturer coupon. I know a lot of stores have to put a limit on certain products to make sure other customers have an opportunity to buy certain sale items as well. Don’t feel discouraged, it is never a waste to save money even on one item with a coupon.
