No Lysol on adperks here in Maryland?!

  2. Dominique says:

No lysol deal for us since they put up the october videos

  3. Mary says:

Where is the lysol deal in the ad? I cant find it anywhere!

    • Jennifer Villadores Bustos says:

same here. I think this is a regional sale. I went in today and there were no tags or anything under the product stating $1 up reward when you buy 2. oh well:(

  4. Amanda says:

Can you opt out of getting your up rewards on our card online or only on the store? When I asked at my local Rite Aid they said I had to have them put on my card.

  5. rachealtanner says:

I have a question about the Lysol scenario… If they are on
sale for 2.50 each then that is $5 for both and you use a $1 off coupon and a
$3 off coupon that is $4 in coupons then you pay $1 for both. And you get a $1 reward go that makes it free.
Im missing the part how it is a money maker! Could someone clarify for me.
    Thanks.

You are actually using two of the $1.00 coupon and one of the $3.00 coupon. That equals $5.00 in coupons!

If you are having your +Ups deduct and don’t want them to there is a simple fix. Log into your online account and click on the big red box left center screen that says Earn, Manage and Redeem. It takes you to your coupons page. On the second line you’ll see three options, Digital coupons, My coupons and Rite Aid coupons. Click Rite Aid coupons and it will take you to all your +Up rewards. The first column is called clipped. Rite Aids default is to check the boxes automatically which is why they come off when you don’t want them to. Just uncheck all the boxes until you are ready to use one or more. Then check whichever ones you wish to use. Do it at home on computer or in store on your phone. Maybe KCL could do a training video to make it a little easier to understand.

You can certainly do that! We think it’s easier, though, to opt to have your +Up Rewards print off instead of load to your card. Then you don’t have to worry about going online to manage the +Up Rewards on your card!

    • Michael says:

i use the rite aid app. works great!

  7. Shari DaCosta says:

What if your up reward is greater than the price of each individual item, but not the transaction total (not including tax) will it activate? For example, if each item is $1 and you have 5 of these items bringing your total to $5 before tax and a $3 up reward will it activate even though each item is less than $3?

    • Anonymous says:

Yes, the up rewards can be used as long as the total bill before tax is Equal to or more than the up reward. So, you could use a $3 reward on a total of $3.00 or more, no matter how you total it up to that amount.

      • Shari DaCosta says:

Thanks for your help! I’ll be hitting up the clearance aisle then for some near free items after markdown and up rewards.

  8. Audrey says:

Hi! I have a question about UP rewards that are loaded to card. I had coupons to use for the stayfree & OB deal I had Up rewards on my card.the card ended up eating my rewards to pay & I could not use my coupons. I opted to get printed rewards after that. Was this because I needed to buy that much $ to use my rewards b4 coupons? TY

    • Sara says:

I had this happen to me as well. If you leave the up rewards as a load to card, then you have to give the cashiers your items, then coupons, THEN rite aid card. I do not like this, so I have had the cashier switch my rewards to print again. I also do not like the load to card option because it is to hard to keep track of what you have and how much you have left…… There is no “balance” that prints anywhere on you receipt.

      • Audrey says:

I agree do not like the load option. I will have to remember to do it backwards next trip. I came out of the store thinking I did not get a deal the cashier was MEAN to. So I just went to another store & returned it. Still have 2morrow 2 try again & use these coupons..TY

      • True Dee says:

Thanks for this! I couldn’t figure out for the life of me why my +Up Rewards were deducted first (prior to coupons) while other times it was deducted after. Glad to know all I have to do is give them my Rite Aid card AFTER coupons. I even asked the cashier if I could not use the Rewards. Her response was its automatic! Thanks again for this work around!

The Load2Card feature is a little dicey when it comes to using coupons. Most readers have said it automatically takes off the rewards on your card before you use coupons, so in some cases, you can’t use the coupon. It sounds like that’s what happened for you. I think you made a wise choice opting to have your +Up Rewards print. :)

  9. Heather says:

My printer printed two of the $3/2 video values coupon for the lysol. Can I use both?

    • Anonymous says:

No, unfortunately you can’t. If you tried to use a second identical Video Values coupon, the cash register would beep and say, “Coupon already used.”

  10. mala says:

do the facebook game. coupon is available after you play it.

  11. asw0627 says:

    Free Dial Men’s bodywash if you use the $2 coupon on their facebook page…Buy 1 @ $3.99 and use $2 MQ…receive $2 +UP rewards.

  12. Michael says:

already printed both coupons for the lysol deal from couple weeks ago when it was on sale. no go for me.

I can’t find the Gas X coupon from coupon network!
