These were $0.74 at my Wal-Mart! I got 2 packages of carrots for free :) (2 coupons was all I was able to print)

When I checked my local Wal-Mart last week, these were $1.84. I don’t know if it was so much higher because I live in a tiny town, or if there’s something else going on. I will check at least one Wal-Mart in Winston-Salem next time I’m down there…

Walmart prices can vary widely from area to area. I’m sorry that you didn’t find a lower price at your store : (

It’s OK; there’ve been times I haven’t been able to use a coupon at the store highlighted on this blog, but I end up finding a similar or better deal at a local chain. And in this case, the Wal-Mart the next town over did have the carrots for $1.12. So, of course, after I buy a package there, my local store cuts the price in half to $0.92. :D I’m quickly learning to celebrate the deals I do get, rather than mourn the ones that could have been.

Can a store refuse your printable coupon because they think they are copies?

    • Anonymous says:

Yes, most stores reserve the right to refuse any coupon. You can try speaking to a manager or contacting corporate, or try using it at a different location. Good luck!

I typically use the self-checkout, scan the coupons myself and pray that they don’t beep.
