CVS management to me as long as the coupon states “not to be combined with any other coupon” it is fine.

As long as coupon wording doesn’t prohibit it, CVS policy allows it. PG coupons have restrictions and others are starting to as well. The wording on this coupon that may give you trouble is the following:

“Limit one coupon per purchase as specified above.”
In other words, the purchase specified is a refill and a razor.

Energizer Personal Care redemption policy further clarifies this as follows:
“Only one coupon may be redeemed against the purchase of a product or products such as in the case of multiple purchase requirements as specified on the coupon.”

The limit is 1. I’ve addressed this in other comments but I don’t believe those two coupons can be stacked. If you look closely at the wording on the BOGO coupon, it states that only one coupon may be used on the specified items.

Yes, you can do them in one transaction, but since it’s one offer it will add them all together and you will get a $12 ECB (4x$3=$12). So it might be a good idea to split them up so you won’t have to worry about trying to spend a $12 ECB. HTH!

CVS treats ECB like cash and you do not need to have any fillers just make sure likw ivette said that your total before tax is not less than the total of the ECB that you are using. (For example say you buy the Gillette Styler Kit for $9.99 and you have $3 and $2.99 ECB and a $4/1 Manu coupon so your total before tax and ECB would be $5.99 and the tax would be (my tax is 6.5%) $0.65 so subtotal is $6.64 but you can use your $2.99 and $3 ECB and just pay tax; but if you had $3 and $3.50 ECB you could take the $0.51 loss or you could buy a something else)

I have a question regarding the $3 dove hair care sale. If I buy 2 shampoos, 2 conditioners and 1 styler(to meet the $15 requirement) can I use 4 $1/1 coupons AND the free styler when you buy shampoo and conditioner?

Do you have 2 of the Dove buy 2 shampoo and conditioner, get styler free coupons? If you do, go ahead and take advantage of that extra free styler. AND the Dove deal is a monthly deal so the second free styler that is above the $15 will roll over into the next $15 for another ECB. If you don’t have two, NO you cannot use the coupons you have listed. You could use the Buy shampoo and conditioner, get styler coupon which attaches to all 3 items so no other coupon can be used and TWO $1/1 coupons that would attach to the other shampoo and conditioner. But, again, the better deal in my opinion would be to use two get styler free coupons (and no $1/1 coupons and get some bodywash or deodorant or something else you need with the knowledge that the limit for the ECB is not one on this deal.
A little coupon education since you asked about those particular coupons: The Unilever coupons and P&G coupons just to name a couple have wording on their coupons that says limit one coupon per purchase of products/quantities specified which means that no other MQ should be used with it. If the coupon says Buy deodorant, get shampoo then you cannot use another MQ for the deodorant or shampoo (you could however use a store coupon if used at a store that has store coupons). Some stores and some people use coupons on the item you are paying for in a BOGO type coupon situation, but the wording on the coupon takes precedence. HTH! CVS has some awesome Dove deals right now. It will depend on the coupon verbiage. CVS policy will generally allow it, but if you’re referring to the in-ad coupon this week, it does expressly say “coupon cannot be combined with any other CVS/pharmacy coupons.” Of course, that leaves the question “can EBs be used,” which are CVS coupons, per se. And I have never seen another coupon prohibit the use of those. Safest bet: ask your manager

So I saved exactly 90% today using a $3 off $15 coupon, the 20% off coupon, and mfg and CVS coupons for the razor, soups, essence of beauty lotion, nail polish remover, and lindt truffles chocolates. I got a great deal at CVS today thanks to the Procter and Gamble $10 Olay rebate gift card I received yesterday Here’s the break down: 2) 18 roll paks of cottonelle, 1 Colgate optic white rinse, 1) optic white toothepaste, 1) Gillete fusion styler, and 3 bags of M&Ms.

Why can’t we use te $1.50/1 coupon from PG 9/30 to make the crest deal a MM. Sorry, I’m new to this. Don’t see why we should use the .50/1 coupon instead. I checked the sizes and the rinse size matches the $1.50/1 coupon.

today at my CVS the Schick disposables were all priced and ringing at buy one, get one 50% off (even though I didnt see this in the sale paper somehow?) Schick Extreme 3 4pack sells for $7.99, use the B1G1 Schick disposable coupon from this weeks paper (values up to $10.50) it takes off the entire 10.50! so you get 2 packs of razors for $1.48 plus tax

My area has the week long ad and I just noticed that L’oreal healthy look, root rescue, and sublime mousse hair color is on sale for 2/$12 with $5 extracare bucks when you buy 2 and there’s a $5 off 2 any L’oreal haircolor coupon (from RP 9/16)…so, buy 2 hair colors for $12 – $5 mq – $5 ECB = 2 for $2. PLUS I have a $1 off any haircolor CVS coupon (from the MCM), making each box $.50!

I was going to buy the john frieda hair color, but this is a much better deal!

At my CVS they were out of the razor (where they normally put it)…I found a bouns pack with the Gillette Fusion Proglide that comes with cream, balm and aftershave for the same price of $9.99! I got this and got $5 ECB! Nice of them to “hide” these bonus packs on the top of the counter. Be sure to scan to be sure it’s ringing up $9.99!

When you fill 5 prescriptions you’ll get 5 extra bucks…but you HAVE to sign up for it! They should have the sheets in the pharmacy! HTHs!!

most likely not, government sponsored programs get no rewards at rite aid, kroger, meijer, walmart, or walgreens .. but cvs is the only place i haven’t read anything on it … lol

Last week I purchased the Pantene sales and the cashier scanned the BOGO coupon and it rang up $6.99 making 2 bottles $1.01. This week I tried to buy the Herbal Essences on sale at 2 for $7.00. I thought the cashier would scan the BOGO coupon and it would ring up at the full value of the coupon of $6.99 but instead she manually subtracted $3.50 for two. Should she have scanned the coupon and allowed the value to be $6.99 or was she correct to manually enter $3.50 without scanning the coupon?

She did it right. I’ve seen the register mess up before, but if it’s BOGO free and the one only costs $3.50, then that’s all it’s supposed to subtract.

I seen in a brag that a person bought a hydrosilk razor and cartridges. They used the bogo Q of buy the cartridges get the razor free and a $6Q off the cartridges. Does CVS allow this? I hope so.

MY cvs says they try the coupons first to see if the computer will take it … but their policy is to take a cents (or in this case a dollars) off coupon with the BOGO coupons. So yes, you will be getting the razor for free and then getting 6.00 off the cartridges .. correct me if i’m wrong, I didn’t read the fine print, but cvs policy would allow them to be used together

problems here, I gues it was a misprint. they said they had a sign up stating the error but the sign wasn’t there when I got there. I had to return mine because I wasn’t going to spend 19.99 and no ECB. Usually CVS is great but this afternoon the cashier was fairly new and the floor mgr didn’t seem to know what she could/should do so she said yes, maybe I should just return it. Bummed

So I had some ECB’s that were expiring on the 23rd and I’m having my wisdom teeth out on tuesday and was sure I wouldn’t be back before they expired.
I got
1x mariah carey perfume – 19.99- used 10.00 off from the extra care online account
1x kids toothpaste 2.48 -used 1.00/1 toothpaste from red machine
1x hydro silk razor 12.49
1x hydro silk refills 16.xx
3x bags of cvs butter popcorn, cheese balls, and cheese puffs – 62 cents each
1x reese cup -1.19 needed something to get my total before tax high enough to use my ecb
paid 3.10 and received 8 ecb (4.00 for hydro razor and 4.00 for hydro refill) and will get 5.00 in beauty rewards

I had a 20% off coupon which worked for the reese cup, the toothpaste, and the perfume
and then
5.50, 3.79, and 10.00 in ecb’s

Didn’t see much else I needed so I just got stuff i liked but didn’t really need. Better than ecb’s expiring!
