I did a stack today at HEB on Garnier shampoo. Could have just been the cashier too. Just looked at the coupon policy…One (1) manufacturer issued coupon and one (1) H-E-B issued Big Savings coupon (Type B) or (Type S) store coupon are accepted.

Did HEB change their coupon policy because they have never let me stack before. That would be great if they did.

Can stack as long as HEB coupon is not an “M” coupon.

As alot of the ladies have been saying, you have to look at the coupon. HEB has three types, M (manufacturers), B (Big Savings) and S (I don’t remember what this one stands for and it is more rare). The thing is, they all look alike, except for that Big LETTER at the bottom, M, B or S. So you can stack with B and S, but not M as, using the M and a manufacturers coupon, would be using two manufacturers coupons (even though they all look the same). Also, when you stack, give them the HEB coupon first, or they might have to call a managers as many of the checkers do not understand their policy but they have all been nice about it. Don’t decide not to stack at HEB because theses are some on the best deals you can get there! Good luck!
