  1. paloma says:

went to walmart today and they said their policy has change, if the coupon does not scan they are not going to take it, does anybody knows about “the new policy”?

    • XenaWP says:

I was at a walmart yesterday and had coupons that didn’t scan properly but a manager was avaliable to manually put them in. If you have problems, just ask to speak to the manager.

  2. nurse3164 says:

huggies jumbo pack are on roll back for 8.97 at walmart making it a better deal then the ones at walgreens

  3. DMC08 says:

Just wanted to let everyone know a friend of mine told me the following………The week of 10/28 RiteAid will have the ONE TOUCH VERIO METERS on sale for $19.99 and there is a $30.00 manufactures coupon in the Walgreen’s Diabetes Book, and as you know Walmart will not only price match that sale they will give overage as per their coupon policy, therefore that is a $10.01 money maker!

    • GGAbby says:

What picture is the Diabetes magazine at Walgreen I got 2 different ones but none of them have the coupon.

      • CouponingThruGradSchool says:

It’s in the Fall 2012 magazine. Color is green. It has food on the front. Looks like burritos.

  4. ManyaU says:

Alberston’s flyer for this week has a Barilla pastas 88 cents a box – limit 10. I price matched at Walmart for 5, used the $1.00/1 coupon from SS and paid .68 cents per box. Also used B1G50%off1 matches from Walgreens, along with a coupon for each item (Frustic Shampoo and Playtex Tampons) and no problems at all from the cashier at our new Neighborhood Walmart grocery store.

I got all my papers this Sunday 10/21 but i only got 4 smart source not a single red plum? Why?

    • Anonymous says:

That’s unfortunate! It’s possible that the newspaper processing plant mistakenly left it out. One thing you could do is call your newspaper and ask why it was missing and if they can deliver those inserts to you.

  6. Anonymous says:

A few weeks ago (before the new coupon policy) a cashier told me they wouldn’t be able to enter an amount for a coupon once the new policy is in effect. Does anyone know if this is true? The reason I ask is because I had a B1G1 that day and she was concerned because they wouldn’t be able to manually override the price soon.

I had a problem with walmart last sunday, I bought Pediasure sidekicks and gave the cashier CATALINA ‘manufacturer coupon’ from safeway. The coupon beeps and computer would not accept it. The cashier look at my coupon and she said “you can only use this one at safeway” and I said “oh no, walmart accepts competitor catalina coupon” but she said “This one is only redeemable at safeway” with a sarcastic voice and look.
I wonder, could we really use Manufacturer coupon printed from other store computer registers at walmart? That is the catalina manufacturer coupon right?

    • Anonymous says:

Per their coupon policy, you should have been able to use it. I hate it when that happens!

    • Anonymous says:

Did it state “redeem at Safeway” or “valid at Safeway only”? If not, it’s valid at other stores, not just Safeway. That is a common source of confusion for Cashiers. I hope you can use it next time!

  8. JenniferArvizu says:

Oh no! I didn’t find any Gillette coupons in RP. Ugh, this is a bummer.

  9. riverajenny81 says:

Where do I get Gillette coupons from? And what does RP & SS means on coupons

  10. Franny Cookson says:

There isn’t a “Waggin’Train Chicken Jerky Dog Treats” coupon in my 10/21 Redplum coupon insert:(

    • cindy says:

These treats have been blamed for hundreds of dog deaths in the US – just found out that the FDA is investigating. Do google search for Waggin Train dog illness – you’ll get news stories from all over the country.

      • dukester says:

Yes, it is best to avoid all food made in China, they do not regulate their food industries, unfortunately.

        • Liza says:

I had no clue!!!! My dogs go crazy for these and I clipped a bunch of these coupons and was planning on going to the store and getting a deal! But after I read what you said I was like Coupons in the trash.. Thank you so much for pointing this out— I had no idea because I haven’t seen it on the news or anything. It seems like only local stations find this information WORTHY!

      • Franny Cookson says:

Thanks for letting me know. I wasn’t aware of this. Our dogs love them, but i won’t be buying them anymore. Thanks again.

      • XenaWP says:

Yeah, I read that too. It’s very sad! I’m glad you pointed it out on here so others will know not to buy it or get the samples.

  11. ATTENTION ALL WALMART SHOPPERS!!!!!!Everyone needs to go to Walmart site and print the new coupon policy. I was shopping on thursday and tried to use the chapstick coupon from the insert on 10/7 and their computers would not recognize it and the asst. manager tried to override and the comp. would not let him override it so they would not let me use them. He told me that it was a problem with the coupon and I know better because I used one the week before at WAGS. Just a heads up, hope no one else has any problems.

    • cindy says:

All walmart stores have stopped manual entry of coups that will not scan. I have found that if the cashier tries the wand, rather than the regular item scanner, the coupon will work sometimes. if you’re coup wont register, ask them to try the manual hand scanner.

    • tn mom says:

i dont know about ya all dont take my coupons there going to take back alot shopping carts full of stuffback then they may change the policy .pulled not letting me know until got money settled .i think if this is fair if product dont scan we should get it free then see how well there scan code system is with the barcodes

  12. Atovaraz says:
