Why do all these great coupons have to be tied to Facebook? What about those of us who do not have a Facebook account!

since you clearly have computer access, then spend 10 minutes to set up a facebook account to access the special offers! Non one says you have to post a lot of personal info or use the account for anything but the deals-you don’t even need to use your real name

There are so many great coupons that are only on Facebook. It might be worth setting up an account just for coupons : )

I usually get my pineapple from Aldi, esp in winter when they are cheapest, however they are usually smaller and you have to pick through to find a good one. I won’t buy it unless its 99 cents. I don’t think aldi takes coupons though, even if they happen to have a name brand item, such as this. Anyone know?

Take the add to Walmart to match Aldi’s price and use the coupon

      • bindersfullofcoupons says:

Walmart will not match Aldi. FWIW Aldi has them for .99 and they are Del Monte brand.

        • Annette says:

Our local Walmart (in FL) matches Aldi’s store-brand milk and eggs prices and anything else that is the same brand as they carry – if the pineapples are two different brands, that would be why they won’t match them.

          • bindersfullofcoupons says:

Hmmm. As I said, Aldi had Del Monte. I did call and double check yesterday, and our Super Walmart said they do not match Aldi’s ads, period. It would be worth a shot for someone to try and get a .49 pineapple!

            • Annette says:

That’s strange – our Super Walmart matches Aldi’s all the time. Maybe it’s state-specific. Or it could be out of their range. My understanding is Walmart price-matches stores within a 5-miles radius. If your Aldi’s is outside that range, that could be why they won’t price match.
