  1. Missie says:

I went to the dollar store in Colorado and the cashier would not honor the 1.50/2 hefty slider bags. She said since everything sells for $1.00 that the coupon is over that amount. I was very dissapointed and left.

  2. RebeccaRoberts says:

thats great our dollar tree dont have them bummer but thats ok

  3. RebeccaRoberts says:

thats great im in northern cali but no coupons thats a good thing especially with hoildays coming up

  4. RebeccaRoberts says:

went to dollar tree got 8 boxes of hefty slider bags 1 bottle of bleach 2 uncle bens wild rice 2 Lysol toilet bowl cleaner 1 a&d cream 1 2pack chicken thighs and 4 burts deorant which i will be donating along with the schick razors i picked up at walmart the other day for the mm for our military dollar tree haul came to $20.61 and i paid $7.75 for all this great run today

  5. Diana says:

I went to DT today and had 6 Internet coupons. Manager had updated coupon policy that stated only 2 Internet coupons, per household, per day! What? How will they know who lives where, hahaha! I know that’s not the issue but I thought it was funny.

  6. Scott98645 says:

The Dollar Tree in Longview Washington will only take the coupons where the picture matches the product, regardless if the coupon says “any” of that product.. Has anyone else had this problem?

  7. jblymommy says:

I went to the Dollar Tree to get alot of the items that were free or close to free. They would not honor my 1.50/2 Hefty coupon. I argued that the coupon was off of 2 items and that it was not more than what the items cost, but the manager was obviously a moron. And 98% of the items they didn’t even sell. The Isoactive, deodorant, nails, Bayer, etc. Very disappointed. Wasted time, ink, gas, and time. :(

  8. I just took my whole coupon file with and whenever I saw something I remembered I might have a coupon for, I could look it up and then use it. I think if you want to shop at the DT, you def need to take your file with. Its well worth it.

  9. I also went to our neares Dollar Tree and they didnt have all of the products in stock as mentioned, but I did manage to find some of them at one of the other stores. I had a GREAT deal on Kelloggs Crunchy Nut Cereal for $1 less web coupon to 2/$1.00 so I ended up paying only 50c a box. – WHAT A DEAL!!!! Im super excited and I now have enough cereal in stock to last me at least 4 months YAYYYYY

  10. Is everyone’s dollar tree manually entering their coupons?

    • Yep, apparently they do not have a scanner in place yet. The manager at the one store told me they are doing a trail on the coupons and if it works out well for them, they will probably install the necessary equipment to be able to scan it

    • scole04 says:

Yeah, I’ve been to three different locations so far and they all have to enter them manually. Kinda of annoying, especially for the people behind me in line.

    • RebeccaRoberts says:

yes mine did today he said they havent got that part fixed yet

  11. jill says:

I went to Dollar Tree for the first time today. Our Dollar Tree takes coupons up to 2.00. Was able to get the hefty slider bags, .50 colgate toothbrushes, .50 toothpaste. Also, went to Wal-Mart used the 10.00/1 Gillette fusion proglide razor. Got the Razor for 6.97 which left me 3.03 on that coupon, had to buy disposable razors to get the deal. bought the disposable for 4.47, which left me with 1.44 for both. .72 each item. Also got schick disposable razors which were 1.97 with a 2.00/1 = .03 money maker.

  12. sheelah says:

my dollar tree wont let me use coupons from the net!!! i emailed the corp and told them…lookedup the policy, so i called them back and talked to asst manager and told her to please look into this,,,!!!! not happy!!!!

  13. Tamboliya says:

My Dollar Tree did NOT have the following items for the coupon deals: Effervescence, Cascadian bars, jingos, Aquafresh Isoactive toothpaste, Bayer aspirin, Sure deodorant, too many other items. VERY disappointed! >:( I wasted paper, ink, time, energy, and my friend’s gas money again! (For the millionth time). :( NOT cool.

    • Anonymous says:

Many of the items at Dollar Tree can also be found at other stores for similar prices. So, I would look Walmart too.

    • Anna says:

It’s not KCL fault you printed those items. It’s not her fault your store doesn’t carry those items. You should stop whining and maybe call ahead before you drive out there and print all the coupons. Try to be a little more responsible for yourself. She didn’t even find these items in her particular store, she borrowed this list from another site.

  14. Lisa says:

Our Dollar Tree will only take coupons that come out of the newspaper inserts…no “home-printed” coupons.

    • Marq says:

They will accept only 2 printed coupons per transaction per their policy

    • sheelah says:

i just had the same promblems!!!! emailed the corp on the store and talked to the asst manager about it!!! not happy!!!!

  15. Brittany says:

I can’t find the scotties cpn even after changing the zipcode. What is it listed under? Foodlion has the scotties tissues on sale for 79 cents!

  16. steph says:

my dollar tree never has any of the items in stock and only will take 1 coupon per transaction

  17. missismartinez says:

I’d love to know how you got the free Air Wick candles!?

  18. Shedoubleri says:

My dollar tree will not take any coupons over $1.00. They would not let me use the $1.50/2 Hefty slider bag coupons. Has anyone else had this problem?

    • Sandra Marksbury Prickett says:

Yes. My Dollar Tree specifically told me that Corporate sent back all the coupons that were over $1.00 in value and stated that they would no longer be allowed to accept them. This includes EVERYTHING. I tried to use the $2.00 off of two candles last time and was DENIED due to the new coupon policies that are going in to effect.
So, Before you go to Dollar tree…arm yourself with the coupon policy!
OH and one more thing…..every coupon that I used had to have a managers approval BEFORE they would even allow them to be scanned into the system.
Really makes for a horrible couponing experience and i’m not sure I can convince myself that the deal is really worth all the B.S. you get with it.

    • RebeccaRoberts says:

might want to try again they just changed the poilcy of today as the manager said to me today here in northern California HTH

  19. Anonymous says:

I couldn’t find the Efferdent or Cascadian Farms coupons. Can anyone else see them?

    • RebeccaRoberts says:

With our DT out in northern cali ours comes in about a week after i see some of these deals all stores are different i wish we had our warehouse store still but one the way from the kids school works great shopping time for mommy while kids in school easy and hassle free

  20. Emily says:

Mine didn’t have the iso toothpaste or the mio enhancers or the jingos or the slider bags in the right size. They had very few things that I went for with great coupon deals but I found several other things for a dollar that are way cheaper than any other store even with coupons and sales. Worth checking out every so often.

  21. Little Flower says:

My Dollar Tree doesnt have Cepocol but they do have Chloroseptic throat lozenges havnt checked my coupons yet. Also they have Sure deodorant and there were coupons out for that recently!!

  22. Ashley says:

Wow! This is a huge list of savings! I’m definitely looking forward to getting all these things for free at Dollar Tree! Thanks KCL! Can’t wait to shop this week.
