Walgreens Filler Items: Week of 2/17

This week there are some great Register Rewards promotions at Walgreens! There is a handful of Register Rewards deals this week. Since it’s tricky to roll rewards, here’s a reminder: If you are using a Register Reward, you cannot use a manufacturer coupon on a filler item. The number of manufacturer coupons and Register Rewards used as payment must be equal to or less than the number of items purchased. To read about how to shop at Walgreens, click here. Then click on the “Walgreens 101″ tab. Read more about the new Balance Rewards Program here.

  1. Clearance Valentine’s Day candy will also make good fillers if stores have any left.

I am still a bit intimidated by Walgreens, it doesn’t help that my local store is very picky against couponers. So a question I have, do the in ad coupons not count toward the number of total coupons used? Or, would I need to get a few of the in ad coupon items to outnumber my other total coupons? Thanks for the help. Love the site!

Items that use Walgreens coupons ( the monthly coupon book or in ad coupons) do not count towards your coupon to product ratio when you are using your RR. Only your Manufacture coupons do.

      Walgreens coupons do not count.

I work at Walgreens in store coupons do not count as manufacture coupons. We do not mail those in with the others. You don’t have to cut them out you just need to show them to the cashier so they can scan the coupon.
