So frustrated with this whole Java crap!!!! My husband ran the updates on my Macbook Pro and it has the latest Safari and Java so will print this coupons BUT won’t print ANY smartsource coupons because the new Java/Safari isn’t compatible while my Mac Desktop has the older Safari version 10.6 and Java 6 and won’t print this coupon because it wants me to update to the latest Java for security purposes. They told us weeks ago that Java 6 was patched. What gives? At least I can print Target and Coupon Network now.

Yes, Java has been frustrating for a while now! I just updated my Java a few days ago and am now able to print using Firefox.

ok this is off-topic but idk where else to ask this. Earlier this week I did the Cottonelle deal twice (sep transactions) and didn’t receive points for either one. I just read a post on another blog stating you will not receive balance reward points if you paid with a Walgreens giftcard or used store credit. I used my giftcard. Has anyone ever had this happen? Is this true? Tks for your help.

    • wfteresa says:

A gift card is OK, but not store credit. If you have a gift card that has store credit on it—i.e. you made a return and they refunded you with a gift card—that won’t allow points. I learned this the hard way! Using your points won’t allow you to get points and I’m not positive but I think I have found that when I use one of the Walgreens coupons that are like 10.00 off a 35.00 purchase I don’t always get points….but sometimes do—haven’t figured that one out yet! I suspect that the 10.00 off is like using a Walgreens coupon and means I would have to get the amount I’m buying higher to meet the points if it is an amount based points situation.

oh, you may have to enable your java in the tools, add ons, plug-ins area. it could be disabled.

  6. TigerJaw says:

i meant to say your java is up to date.

  7. TigerJaw says:

make sure no pop blocker is on because a coupon printer application pops up and you must run it. it pops up twice. plus make sure you java is up to date too. it has worked for me. you will only get one print though, but you can go to different computers and it will print again. Good Luck!

    The coupon did not print.

Tiger Jaw has some great tips for you. Java has been a source of continual frustration lately, but try updating and try using different browsers.
