can i use this but oen get one free coupon with a .55 cents off 2 coupon at cvs??

  2. x64.bits says:

i had success in one store in which it took off $1.10 per coupon, Yet at another CVS they only wanted to take off only .25¢

A remarkable thing happen when i tried to use more then one coupon The Store Manager said” i’m sorry but you can only use one coupon the coupon saids “one coupon per purchase”. when i tried to buy 4 sneakers + 4 peanut butter bars. The store Manager kept insisting that buying 8 bars was one purchase..

i said to her let me teach you something” she replied “Your going teach me something i been doing this for 35 years this is one purchase”.
She must of felt embarrassed in front of her worker and people standing in line when i corrected her and said” this is one transaction with multiple purchases not one purchase as you stated” The end result was she refused to take no more then one coupon and told me to go to another CVS.

Who trained these people? just because they are store managers they Think they know it all.

So I went to Safeway and they had a deal of buy 2 snickers and get 2 free as well as buy 2 M&Ms and get 2 free. On top of that they had a little M&M stand a couple isles over that gave you a free M&M chocolate bar (these are brand new) for any M&M you would buy (coupon was right on the stand. So I bought 2 M&M’s 99 cents each and got 2 free M&M’s plus 4 free M&M chocolate bars. So 6 free candy bars for $2 total. I asked if I could apply the buy 1 snickers, get one free coupon.but I didn’t really know what that would come out to with the buy 2 get 2 free candy bars plus the coupon and the cashier said that they couldn’t apply the. I am not too upset, I got all those additional candy bars for free.

  5. i printed these out, ran out for a minute, came back and they disappeared! how did i lose two coupons on full sheets of paper? ugh

I was just taking a look at next weeks Rite Aid ad (4/7-4/13) and they are going to have snickers on sale B1G1 free so with this coupon would it make them both free or no???

    • danielleeu says:

I was just thinking the exact same thing!

    • Anonymous says:

Rite Aid doesn’t allow you to combine a BOGO sale with a BOGO coupon.

      • bakermom65 says:

dont give your rite aid card first let the cashier rang up the item then hand in the coupon before your rite aid card i just bought 12 snickers and paid $4.00 no problem at all

  7. NewSaver says:

    Paid 15c for two!!

  8. Blessed says:

Well today I got 6 Twix eggs {could have gotten snickers} for $1.14. CVS coupon machine gave Me .75cent off 2 Snickers or Twix since they were .94cent for 2 I only paid .19cent per EGG! YAY!!!! Side bar~ the coupon said the “2 go or 4Twix” but I asked the cashier to scan the coupon & it WORKED! #Don’tKnowUntilYouAsk

Unfortunately, it’s not really correct to use a coupon for a product other than what is stated on the coupon. Often, the coupon will scan, but it’s not the product for which the coupon was intended. It’s always a good idea to follow the coupon as closely as possible.

  9. jenna says:

So just to report, I used these coupons at KS last week not even thinking about their new policy (no qs with competitor’s name anywhere). I was told by cashier that they register would reject them, but they scanned through fine.

  10. Scrappinjay says:

I’m confused on the cvs deal. If they are Buy one get one 25cents how are they 1.00 each?

    • Anonymous says:

That is confusing : ) Don’t worry too much about the $1.00 price. The important part is that the $1.00 bar will be free with the coupon and the second bar will cost you just $0.25!

      • Anonymous says:

The last time I used this at CVS, the register automatically deducted the lower priced one (.25).. It was still a good deal at .5o ea, but I would have liked to save more.

        • caroline says:

The same thing just happened to me, the cashier would only take .25 off vs the dollar. A bit annoyed, she wouldn’t scan the coupon said that was not the way it worked. The free bar was only worth .25 so that is what you get off.

          • Anonymous says:

I’m sorry that the deal worked out like that for you. When I did it at my CVS, the register automatically took off the higher priced candy bar. It must vary by store : (
