Hi, I’m a mom of four and i thought I should try the whole couponing thing but its really hard, when i see all the post I feel as though Ive missed out on all the good coupons.. Should I save the ones I have for future deals or should i spend them as i get I’m new at couponing this Sunday will be my third newspaper clipping, and I dont understand how a 50 coupon off something that is 4.79 can make it 1.90. does that mean I’ll pay 3.80 in the end.

It depends on the deal if you are using register rewards or ecb ” or a sale we couponiers (as my nieghbor calls us ) don’t buy it unless we have a sale and a coupon or on clearance with a coupon

Crazy question from a “Coupon Virgin:” Can I use RRs with this offer AND use my 2 $.50/1 mq? Was thinking I could stack them? (Forgive me…I’m very new at this.:))

Yes, you can use Register Rewards and manufacturer coupons. Just remember that you must have as many or more items in your transaction as you have manufacturer coupons and Register Rewards used to pay. Click on the “101” tab at the top of our Walgreens page to learn more.

is this regional b/c i went to my local walgreens last night and they were not on sale

It could be, but your store also may not have tagged the promotion. Ask the cashier to do a price-check to see!

I recently complimented Purex and they sent me a coupon for a free bottle! With this promotion l got two free!

Super!

I will for sure be getting this deal:) I don’t paid no more than $2.00 a bottle for detergent BUT if it’s Tide or Gain I’ll pay no more than $3.00 a bottle. LOL

Good advice: those brands are usually more expensive.

I am loving these awesome deals on laundry at Walgreens the last two weeks! I think $2.00 or under is great for laundry soap, I have only been using coupons since the start of the year though. I took advantage of the Arm & Hammer deals last week and bought the sensitive dye free kind. I have 3 baby showers within a month and these will be perfect extra items for gifts w/ the dye free scent free soap! Gonna snag a couple bottles to replace the ones I’m giving away :)

That’s great!

i bought the power packs and they were priced at 5.49 each not 4.79 like mentioned above…prices must vary at each walgreens. oh well still ended up being 2.24 each cause of bogo

Yes, there can always be regional price differences.

They also have the purex crystals buy one get one free so you can print those off and save money on those as well. Probably not the best deal I’ve seen but not bad either

You need to have at least two computers to print two coupons for this one.

I was only able to print off 1 coupon for the Purex from my computer. Is it a print limit of 1 or 2? When I went back, it told me I had already printed it the number of times allowed.

Reply

Right. You need two computers to get two coupons.

Ok thanks.

I have a few $1.00 Purex manufacture coupons which would make it $1.40 a bottle. Is it wrong of me to think that is still too much for detergent?? LOL

Reply

I FEEL THE SAME WAY LOL AS WE Have had mm detergents before!!

Reply

I do love making money to buy detergent! :)

Reply

No! Especially when it was just $0.88 at CVS last week lol ;)

Reply

No, I was thinking the same thing. I found All detergent pacs at Target for $1.99. I used a $2/2 coupon. After employee discount and coupons, I paid about 80 cents a pack!

Reply

Nice!

I think $1.40 for detergent is a great price! We have seen it lower, so you can hold onto those coupons if you want.
