I bought 2 of these using $3 coupon and no up rewards printed. So I asked about it and they looked in their flyer, nothing was there stating the up reward so I returned them for a full refund. I was looking forward to the up rewards :(

Called CS to confirm, this is NOT a regional sale, but it is only on (2) Osteo Bi-Flex products. Osteo Bi-Flex Double Strength or Osteo Bi-Flex MSM Formula.

Just did this deal. Bought (2) Osteo Bi-Flex Double 50ct. Used (1) $3 coupon plus $10+ups from last week.

Total OOP was $7.76 ($6.49 + $1.27 tax) Received (2) $10+up

I just got off of the phone with RiteAid’s 800# and the gentleman told me that the only Osteo Bi-Flex that his computer shows as generating the $10 UPs is the MSM DS 50 count. I presume the DS stands for double strength but I don’t actually see MSM anywhere on the box shown in the above photo. I grabbed the triple strength by mistake yesterday and didn’t get any UPs so have to go in tomorrow and exchange for double strength.

I just went to rite aid to get the 2 ($10 +UPs) but they didn’t print on my receipt. There were no signs for monthly +Ups on these items. Was this a regional sale? Or should I ask management? If so, I will just return them for a refund.

I did this deal and it worked but not the 1st time around, i bought 2 triple strength and it did not work, but the cashier kindly refunded and went back to get the double strength for me and it printed 2 $10 up rewards for me..so for those that it is not working maybe that was the case??

I didn’t get the third +up reward for my 3rd bottle i used previous 10+ up to pay for 3rd one

Reply

Hmmm, you may want to call Customer Service to ask about that.

I did real good on this deal I went to one Rite Aid and they only had one so I didn’t buy it there went to another one that one only had one so the cashier told me she would do the discount and that the other Rite Aide should honer it if they only had one. So she charged me $5.84 for it I gave her the $3 off 1 MF coupon and came out to $2.84 Than I called the other Rite Aid asked them if they still had that one left they did & they put it on hold till I got there they did the same thing charged me the same and for both I got the 10 plus ups.So I actually paid $5.68 for both making it a $14.32

Reply

sorry didn’t finish the sentence making it a $14.32 money maker.

There was no sign saying an UP reward would print, but I decided to try it anyway (ya never know!) and nothing printed :( I returned it but I am so bummed!

Reply

Sorry! It could be regional.

I could not find this one at my Local Rite Aid. There were no Monthly Tags at all on any Osteo Bi-Flex products at that store I went to. I will try another store.

It could be regional.

Reply

I found the tag at some other Rite Aid Store… but none of the five stores I went to had any =( … I will take charge next time though when this deal comes again! Thanks KCL

didn’t find 10$ UP reward sign at my riteaid…:(

Sorry. It could be a regional promotion.

I just did this and had no problems using 2 $3 coupons. I spent $15.79 and got two $10 +Up Rewards :D

I’ve got a $5 off any one Osteo Bi-Flex Caplet or Softgel from a Kroger mailout. it’s a Manufacturer Q and doesn’t say Kroger anywhere on it. I’m hoping it’ll work at Rite Aid! I’ll try to advise back in case anyone else has a similar! (I have one for the Sundown Naturals deal too!).

Good luck!

I did this yesterday, there was a $10 +Up Sign under the item that is pictured in this post only, it wasn’t under all of the Osteo BiFlex items. I bought the one pictured (they only had 2 on the shelf but told mgr. ordering more so others can do this) and got 2-$10 +Up Rewards, thank you KCL!

I got $20.00 up too.

Which exactly did you get to get $20. Im too scared to buy and to find out that I wont get $20 Ups back. thanks

Reply

If it doesn’t work, you can return them. The only ones marked with the $10.00 +Up Reward are the specific varieties mentioned in this post!

Reply

I got the deal $20 up. Thank a lot.

Yay!

I bought the exact one listed above, double strength and all (Watch out because there’s a sngle and triple strength also available) and got (2)$10 UPR no problem.

I went to my Rite Aid, got two Osteo’s for $19.49 asked if they accept two $3/1 coupons (the store I usually shop at says its ok to use on free item) cashier said no problem and then to save a bit on oop, I used a $10 UP+ from the old Navy gift card deal last week, but nothing printed out! I asked the cashier about it, he said he didnt see any signs about $10 up+ rewards on this deal and I couldnt find anything in the weekly. I know I only paid $5.24 oop ($15 counting my $10 up+ used) for two so $2.62 each, which is amazing, but I really was going to give them to my dad and was more excited about those $10 up+ and the potential they had ; ) Did I do something wrong by using the $10 up+ from last week to pay for them? Could that be why they didn’t print? Debating on returning them now but worried might not get my $10up+ back that I used. Wondering how I managed to mess it up!

Reply

I don’t know! I’d call Customer Service and ask! Using a +Up Reward to pay shouldn’t matter.

Reply

Thanks so much! I can’t believe it, I was on the phone waiting for someone to pick up and it dawned on me! turns out I grabbed the wrong ones, thought I was grabbing the double strength boxes all along! I actually held one double strength in my hand and read the label but my little one who was with me decided he needed to use the bathroom and I must have grabbed the wrong ones after we came back out. ugh! Ill just go back and return these and get the right ones with my other two coupons! Hope they still have them in stock and Ill get my $10up+ back!

I just ran out and bought 2 Osteo Bi-Flex @21.99 b1g1 free I used 2 $3.00/1 and paid 15.01 for two. Only one $10.00 up-reward printed. The Rite Aid by my house allows two coupons. One per item even on the free item. Still a good price for $2.50 ea.

Reply

UPS printing on certain variety. UP printed on free item. It is a Rite-Buy which is monthly so not surprising that no sign up since those are the last signs put up in store.

Reply

My rite aid didn’t had any signs saying 10 up rewards

Reply

I found the $10 up reward sign under the B1G1F sign, if that helps anyone.

Reply

Me too!

Reply

Is there a limit on how many you can buy and get the $10 up?

Reply

The $10.00 +Up Reward has a limit of three, as the post above indicates. By doing the above deal once, you are already receiving two of that limit of three $10.00 +Up Rewards.

Reply

your discounts wont apply on a BOGO

Reply

Right!

For Silver Members it’s a $5.46 MM (19.49 * .10 = 1.949 – 19.49 = 17.54 – 3$ CPN = 14.54 OOP – 2 X$10 UP = $5.46 MM per 2)

Reply

Gold and Silver discounts do not apply to items that are part of a Buy One Get One 50% Off or Buy One Get One Free promotion.

Reply

This should be even better for Gold Members. 19.49 *.20 = 3.898 = 15.59 – 34 CPN = $12.59 OOP – 2 X $10 up = $7.41 MM per 2

Reply

If the product is on sale, (ex bogo) gold and silver members don’t get 10 or 20 percent off. You either get sale price or percent off. Whichever is the better deal

Reply

Right!

Reply

unfortunately it won’t work—the 20% off doesn’t apply to b1g1 free or 1/2 off…

Reply

Gold and Silver discounts don’t apply to items that are part of a Buy One Get One 50% Off or Buy One Get One Free promotion.

Reply

Will it print two $10 up rewards in the same transaction?

Reply

It should, there’s nothing about Rite Aids policy that would make it print differently than any other UPR.

Reply

Yes it will!

Reply

It only printed one $10.00 up-reward for both bottles.
