I’ve heard that some accept them expired through the end of the week, and I’ve met one cashier who says they accept them up to a year expired.

  2. litldiva1 says:

If I bought the renu already and got the $5EB can I still get the Bausch + Lomb Soothe, 0.5 oz $7.99 and get another $5EB. Or does this count towards the limit of 1 EB reward?

  3. Sounds like you have a lot of options! Just keep in mind that purchase-based coupons need to be satisfied separately and many state that they cannot be used with others in the same transaction.

  4. Many of these purchase-based coupons state that they cannot be used together, despite CVS policy stating they can. Either way, you would need to satisfy each separately, in other words, spend $70 before coupons.

The b&l soothe eyedrop was on clearance at my cvs for $5.99 and still print the $5 ecb…jux fyi…it was a $5.01 moneymaker for me! Yay free and got $5 back

    • Eric A. says:

Please check the expiration date. I was about to buy one of those yesterday, but they had expired in May. No clearance either. There was this woman holding one of those Soothe products, hoping she would get a clearance price on them, but I asked her if it is really worth it, considering that this is something she would use on her EYES and, you know, each os us has only one set of those. If your product has expired, I’d toss it away and enjoy the extra $5ECB.

      • Michelle Le says:

The one my mom got is about to expire in in october so that one will not be using…the one I bought does not expire until 2015 so that one still good. Yes, if u buy anything on clearance always check expiration date…they did not have a clearance sign posted at my cvs but when I went to check to make sure the store activated the new sale it showed up as clearance so big surprise for me :)

  6. Rebecca says:

I thought Combos would be on sale soon, as I got three $1.50 off 2 Combos coupons from the MCM over the past week! Anyone know of a manufacturers coupon to stack with the CVS coupon?

  7. coupon_mom31 says:

can you use the b1/g1 on Gillette Venus Razor and still receive the extrabucks? and whats the limit?

  8. Amy Z says:

Has anyone else heard this? I know some stores currently accept expired CVS Qs…will the new ones going forward not have an expiration date or will they just be accepted after (like Wags RRs)?

  9. rachelmrothe says:

Can I use my CVS Red Machine coupon of $2/$8 eye care purchase on the Bausch + Lomb Soothe even though it is 7.99??

    • Jeffy Walker says:

      Yes.

      • Eric A. says:

I have the same coupon ($2/$8 eye care) but I’m afraid this might be up to cashier’s discretion. I am aware of the 98% rule CVS has, but if the cashier is in a bad mood, it might be rejected.

    • Karen says:

$2/$8 eye care, can this be combine with the $4/$20 CVS q I received? SO $6 off $20 as long as $8 is eye care? I’m thinking no, but need to more sure. Thanks!

      • rachelmrothe says:

No I believe you would have to spend 28 dollars to use both.

        • Eric A. says:

That is incorrect Rachel. You are allowed to use a coupon for a discount of a particular product or type of products along with a discount that is applied to your total BEFORE scanning any coupons. You can get some great deals that way/

    • Talk to your store to see what they think. Technically, no, but many will make an exception because their pricing structure doesn’t make it easy to meet the $8 on the nose.

  10. Sara Helton Farris says:

My CVS does allow this, also in combination with a percent off coupon such as 20%. I would ask nicely before shopping to plan best. I ask cashier to scan one item, my Extra Care Card, then rest of items, then percent off coupon, then all manufacturer’s coupons, then all CVS coupons. This has been my experience to get the best deal at my store. I know others have said to get all ECB’s in a different order, but if I lose any of my discount due to “the system” my store puts it back on for me. I know not all stores do this. Hope this is helpful w/o too much detail.

  11. Kirsti says:

How does the Gillette Venus Razor work when it says $5.00 off when you buy the razor AND 1 refill – does that mean it can be a non-disposable razor with a refill in the same package or a razor and a cartridge separate? Thanks!

    • Kelly says:

This means that you would buy 1 razor (non-disposable) that only has the razor handle and cartridge (sometimes it may have 2 cartridges in the package). These are usually between 7 and 14 dollars. In addition, you need to buy a separate box of cartridges, usually a 4 count or 8 count.

  12. Olga says:

I don’t think so. Read the small wording. It usually says that it cannot be combined with any other dollar off certain amount coupon…

  13. Anonymous says:

I agree with Laura, each one has to be met individually, so you would need to spend a combined amount of any two or more coupons you want to use. Just a note of caution, do not feel like you have to use all of the coupons and purchase items that you will not use or do not get at a good price just for the sake of using the coupons. Each coupon has the same discount value of 20%, so you are saving the same whether you use the $6/$30, the $5/$25, or the $3/$15. BTW, I often throw in milk, bread, 99 cent greeting cards, clearance items, or gum/snack foods if I need a little extra to meet the required amount for the coupon.

  14. Laura Moreno says:

you can only use one at a time unless you’re spending enough to cover the limit on 2 or more, i.e. $5/$25 + $6/$30 beauty club = must spend $55

  15. MBcoupondiva says:

I also received a mailer with 25% of good from the 14th-17th :)

  16. sweettia says:

My CVS red machine printed off another $3 off any vitamin purchase that doesn’t expire until 8/23
So you can get the Nature’s Bounty for free
