2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup 7-Up
1/4 cup melted butter
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Cut sour cream into Bisquick with a pastry cutter or fork. Add 7-Up and mix.
3. This makes a very soft dough. Use extra Bisquick as you would normally use flour to manage dough sticking on surface. Lightly sprinkle Bisquick on counter or board. Pat dough out and cut dough in circle shape using a cookie cutter or something round like the top of a glass.
4. Melt butter and pour into a 9 inch square pan. Place cut biscuits in pan and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 9 biscuits.
