The Krazy Coupon Lady

I went to Vons yesterday, 4/21/10 and had four $1.00 coupons for lunchables. They were on sale for 99cents. After I checked out, it printed four more $1.00 anything in the store coupons. I went back and got 4 more lunchables for free. Again, it printed out four more $1.00 anything in the store. What a deal!

Many Vons and Safeway stores have fresh meat counters. On top of the counter they have many “bulk” containers of seasonings, rubs, and marinades. Just in case you didn’t know this you can go to the counter, even if you’re buying fresh meat that’s pre-packaged and request some of the product and they will put it in a baggie for you for free! If you buy three separate packages ask for three different kinds! I always ask the meat guy to tell me his favorite or what goes best with chicken, beef, fish. etc. It’s one of the great added extras that won’t cost you a cent! I know because my son is one of those “meat guys”:)

Last week they were giving 5$ catalinas for spending 15$ on cleaning products..and a 2$ catalinas for for every 2 scrubbing bubbles cleaner you bought….

use 3: 2$ off 2 coupons that were in the von coupon books in the isle
spent 10.24$ with tax
made nearly 2$ off every transaction

I used the catalina profits I made buying these the first time and repeatedly bought them 6 different times and used it to buy toilet paper and trash bags…and now I have a 1 year supply of scrubbing bubbles in my stockpile that were free:-)…I was so excited! I mean if someone is going to pay me to buy something…I am going to buy it and then some as I can share it with people who cant afford to get it at all:-)

My store also was clearanced out the Oral B Vitality Toothbrushes and got 2 for $3.00! I was so excited! I got these with my newspapers and saved 85%. My husband appreciates me couponing (even though when there are stacks everywhere it bothers him). He will go brag to his buddies about everything that I get for us for so little money.
