80% Savings - Target/Walmart/Walgreens/CVS

Every month, my family sends a few boxes full of food and supplies to our orphanage in the Philippines. I was just about ready to seal this month’s boxes, but I couldn’t help but make one last trip for some cheap cereal and fruit snacks! Of course I grabbed a few other things while I was out 🙂 I went to Target, Walmart, Walgreens and CVS. Thanks KrazyCouponLady for all your help! Before I started couponing, I would spend hundreds of dollars every month to buy groceries and supplies for the families we support. But since I started couponing last year, I only spend about 25% of what I used to.. and yet I’ve been able to send so much more than before!

Here in California though, our coupons don’t double. =( I don’t get as much free stuff as I would like to. But I try to save at least 75% every time I shop. Well anyways, here’s the breakdown of my shopping trip today:
