Actually If you read cvs store policy it states a coupon can not be applied to a free item because they don’t allow overages. For ex: if the toothpaste is $1 and you use a $1.50 coupon, only a $1 will be deducted making thr item free but you lose the $0.50. As far as whether or not you can use a b1g1, it’s not really specified in their policy. Its vague. The cvs I go to has no problems allowing a b1g1 with a cents off because I have asked before. So keep getting pissy Now they don’t allow a cents off with a b1g1 coupon for the free item so I can’t use a $0.50 cent off wipes coupon along with a free wipes coupon.

Nope no coupons beeped. The wipes coupon is for the wipes and the diaper coupon is for the diapers so it’s only one coupon per item. The wipes coupon just specifies that you must buy diapers to get the wipes is all.

Agree you should’ve been able to use them no problem. Plus at CVS, they allow a coupon for a bogo free item. Not like Walgreens where you have to buy 4 items to save like $1 on 2.

KCL said in a post an hour ago that you can’t use the $1.50 coupon with the BOGO wipes coupon…..the BOGO coupon applies to both the diapers and the wipes, so no you shouldn’t be able to

CVS says if it’s a BOGO promotion, they allow 2 coupons, but not if the coupon itself is BOGO

You are totally wrong. If it’s an actual cvs store promotion and something is being sold buy one and get one free then yes you can use two coupons cause it’s a STORE promotion but if you have a b1g1 free manufacturer coupon then that coupon applies to both items being bought and a second coupon may not be used. If you went to rite aid and tried the same thing then it wouldn’t be a problem because they allow a second coupon to be used along with a b1g1 free coupon but if you read cvs policy and was a little educated about the use of coupons then you would know all this. Hopefully it’s not a habit because it makes it harder on people who use coupons correctly and not cost the stores to lose money over not using them correctly.

I started out with $7 eb from previous transaction.

Diapers $8.99 x4=$35.96
Wipes $3.99 x4=$15.96
Total $51.92

I got 2 coupons on cvs app for $3 off $20 diaper/wipes purchase which brought total to $45.92.
Then used 4 coupons from last weeks paper for free wipes with purchase of diapers which brought total down to $29.96.
Then used 4 coupons from couoon.com for $1.50 off diapers which brought it down further to $23.96 and then used my remaining $7 eb for a total before tax of $16.96 ($19.49 after tax). Then I received $10 eb for spending $30 on pampers (cvs promo).

Did any of your qs beep because I didn’t think you could use the wipes q and the pampers diapers q?

You aren’t suppose to use a bogo coupon with another coupon. This person shouldn’t have been able to

Can you do a breakdown please? What coupons did you use? Thanks
