Bought 8 Aussie Shampoos & Conditioners (13.5fl oz for $2.99 each), totaling $23.92

Used Free $5gc Coupon w/Purchase of $20 of Personal Care products
&
4 $3-off-2 Aussie Shampoo/Conditioner/Styler coupon (limit 4 per transaction)

$11.92 after coupons

Paid with $5gc from previous purchase and $6.92 cash

Received $5 gc, making my total $1.92 for 8 bottles of shampoo/conditioner or 24 cents per bottle!

(Aussie Kids 2-N-1 Shampoo works too and is only $2.88, they just ran out and I prefer to have conditioner)

Not to be a debbie downer, but your cost for all the shampoo is $6.92…. If you count store money like Gift cards or ECBs when you get them and when you use them (because unless it was a gift You probably counted the first gift card when you got just like you did here with the second one) your counting the twice…. I just don’t want you to be losing money :/ trying to be helpful. Sorry If this came off as rude

Nah, it’s cool. I just count it as a rolling expense since it was from a moneymaker that I got it from. Bought a bunch of clearance Loreal Shampoos and conditioners, used $3 off coupons for them, and paid about $1 and got a $5 gc. Used that one to make this purchase. Plus, I got a couple rebates on top of it.

But yeah, I totally get ya. When there are better deals I totally go for them but I didn’t want to lose out on Aussie coupons. There will always be better deals, actually, haha!

Thanks for the advice. I’m still a beginner. The last time I couponed was about 4 years ago before all these apps and text coupons were a thing. It’s pretty new to me.
