CVS $107.54 for $11.51, experimenting EXP CVS Q's

For a while now, my CVS employees have told me that they will take the CVS Q’s (printed, don’t think this works for their App Q’s) up to 2 weeks from their expiration date. Please double check with your own store first.
2 Gold Emblem “Abound” bars, no signage, but double checked “My Weekly Ad, and scanned at store. 4 for $4, but works on 2 at a time for $1 each. Used $2 off 2 CVS.com Q (did twice). Zero… not even tax.
2 Cadbury Eggs. 99c each, used $1 off 2 CVS app Q and received $1 XB, like 2 cent MM.
Toothpaste:
2 Colgate Max Fresh, sale $3.39, used $2 CVS expired coupon, and used another $1.50 CVS current app Q, and used two 50c off 1 MQ.
3.39 X 2 = 6.78 – 3.50CVSQ’s = 3.28 = 1MQ = 2.28 /2 = $1.14 each…. not free, but testing expired Q’s. Worked with no beeping, plus cashier knew what we were doing.
1 Colgate Sens, sale price $3.99 – $2 CVSQ – $2 MQ = 1c MM.
1 Scope Mouthwash, 33.8oz, sale $4.99, – 75c from coupons.com (gave the other coupon not using to cashier for her own use) = $4.24, BUT received $4 XB, so like 24 cents.
3 L’Oreal Shampoos 12.6 oz, $4.99 x 3 = $14.97, used 3, $2 off one MQ (=-6) and used $3 off $15 any shampoo… CVS expired Q. $14.97 – 6 MQ – 3 CVS Q = $5.97, BUT received $5 XB, so like 97 cents for 3 or 32 cents each.
1 Men’s Schick Hydro Disposable, $13.29, used $4 off 1 MQ and $4 any razor, blade, shave… CVS Q (expired?) = 13.29 – 4 MQ- 4 CVS Q = $5.29, BUT received $5 XB, so like 29 cents.
2 Acne Free skin system $19.99, used 2 $4 off 1 MQ, used $10 off $40 CVS Facial Care Q, expired. 19.99 x 2 = 39.98 -8 MQ – 10 CVS Q = $21.98, BUT received $8 XB ($4 XB x 2), like $13.98 / 2 = $6.99 each.
1 Physician Formula press powder $14.29 AND 1 Wet ‘n Wild Lipstick, 99 cents = $15.28, used 1 50 cents off 1 MQ for W’nW, and used $3 off $15 any cosmetic CVS Q, expired = $11.78, BUT received $8XB, like $3.78 for both. PLUS, I’ll probably get two $5 XB (=$10XB) for “Beauty” purchases in a few days.
OOP was $52.51(ex tax, use prior XB if you want to bring this down, but excluding XB, it’s $52.51), but received $31 in XB = $21.51, plus another $10 Beauty XB earned and to be received in a few days = $11.51 (I had a few dollars already applied to Beauty rewards, but this pushed it to the $10 level).
Total $107.54 (sale/reg price…this # might be more, because I don’t know the original price vs sale price on all the items.) BUT only paid $52.51 (reduce if you have XB to use) less 41 XB received = $11.51. I’ll have fun the next few weeks figuring out how to spend my $41 in XB monopoly money.
Another note, trying to submit this “Brag” or I’d like to consider it a FYI, takes way to long, than actually putting together the deals and shopping for them.
