Made 2 transactions at CVS, spent $5.17 OOP and received $5 ECHB to use later. What should I buy to keep rolling? I need some good quality dishwashing liquid/gel packs. Suggestions welcomed : ) CVS’ coupon policy still mystifies me. Are the CVS offers for $5 off $15 before or after manufacturer coupons? So far with my luck its the total before manufacturer coupons but the policy doesn’t explain.
Mainly visited CVS today for makeup deals using the $5 off $15 cosmetic purchase, also racked up $5 makeup reward last month, and looking forward to getting $5ecb for spending $15 on L’oreal. One of the new L’oreal displays had a tear off coupon pad with $4 off 2 items or $2 one item. Look for them, they are tiny red pads.
