I really tried to use the $5 off $25 purchase today at DG but it didn’t happen. Mainly because their price tags were not updated to the sale prices and when I got to the register my total was not $25 (it was less). Lady assured me the $5 coupon was applied but the only thing I see was a digital coupon for $4 taken off. Anyways still rounded up some deals on dog treats with manufacturer coupons. Any tips on how to manage your total and ensure the correct amounts at the register are greatly appreciated. I get flustered when I try to tally things up at the register. I suppose writing a list with prices as I fill my cart would work. Has anyone cancelled their whole order and started over when their total didn’t add up to $25?
