This was my first time using coupons and trying to figure out how all this craziness (which I’m in love with) works! I started small and wanted to test it out before I tried a bigger store.

So I went to Walgreens and took advantage of their 5,000 bonus points ($5 reward) on qualifying First Aid products totaling more than $15.00.
I bought 4 Johnson-Johnson small gauze pads (Buy one get one 50% off), 1 Curad Performance Series Antibacterial bandages (full price), and 2 Johnson-Johnson Clear Strips (Buy one get one 50% off).

Here is the breakdown:

Item 1: Johnson-Johnson small gauze pad $2.59

Item 2: Johnson-Johnson small gauze pad $1.29

Item 3: Johnson-Johnson small gauze pad $2.59

Item 4: Johnson-Johnson small gauze pad $1.29

Item 5: Curad Performance Series Antibacterial bandages- $3.99

Item 6: Johnson-Johnson Clear Strips $3.29

Item 7: Johnson-Johnson Clear Strips $1.64

I used two $1.50/off any two band Aid products from RP 7/17
and one $0.75/2 – Band-Aid Adhesive Bandage Products from SS 6/5
I received a $1.00 Mobisave rebate on the Curad bandages and the $5 (5,000 points) for my next trip at Walgreens.

So total was $16.68+tax and my coupons took it down to $12.93+tax OOP and then I received the $1 Mobisave rebate and the $5.00 rewards making it $6.93 for $0.99 per box!

Wow! Great job! I am new too and I am still trying to figure this out. I love the way you broke it down it helped me figure it out even more. I am learning the lingo and studying all of this information before I go on Saturday to do a huge haul at several stores. I am taking all the tips from KCL and I have notes and a binder full of 2-3 weeks worth of coupons and I have all the ads ready to make a shopping list today. I am a member at new stores like Walgreen’s and Rite-Aid and Going to shop at Target for the first time EVER! I got my kids involved and we are excited!! Can not wait to brag about it this weekend!!
