i broke the cash register

hello last night i went extreame couponing at shoprite and as i was cheking out the cash register was breaking so they suspended my order and when they tried to pull it up on 3 other cash registers they went off line and completely went off thier programming. this was two lanes cash registers and the service desks one. none of which ran the rest of the night i am told. so they had to put one amount in a 4th register and then subtract the coupons from that amount/ so in the end i paid $46 dollars for a pile cart of groceries. and this was limiting the coupons to 4 per item. i dont think i did bad but the check out was awfully funny. they said that never happened before. did anyone else have this problem? i figured i saved 70%. whatdo u think?
