Mascara Mania! CVS

So this was my first real trip to CVS using coupons. It was out of my comfort zone since I am not as familiar with their coupon policy as I am with Safeway and Target, but the Covergirl Deal was too good to pass up! Since it was my first time I didn't know EBs were counted as coupons so I wasn't aware that I wouldn't be able to use the $1/1 CG coupons since it was more coupons than items. The cashier ran those first and tried to give me back the BOGO coupons, so I asked my cashier to delete the $1/1 and do the BOGO since I would save much more, so she did and was nice about it and I even got the max value! The lady after me even asked if I wanted to do another transaction! I smiled and thanked her and said no, but thank you I had already done 2 and there was a line forming (there was no line when I got there). No shelves were cleared since I bought 3 different mascaras, though it was kind of slim pickins!
