Please remember that if you use ECB is not free. You basically spent the ECB. I Used coupons and ECB and got back some and paid tax. That alone was 8 dollars. And between Ibotta and without double counting the ECB I spent like 16 dollars all in all. 8 of it was tax 8 was part of my previous ECB and I will get a free loreal hair color. I have not received percentage coupons in a long time.
