Newbie's First Big Multi-Store Brag!

Today I went to 4 stores to take advantage of a variety of deals on stuff that I needed. I have been couponing only for a few weeks now and this has been my biggest day so far.

Total cost OOP today: 90.67
Total net cost (after all rewards/gas cards/etc): 60.67
Total Retail Value: 254.10
76.1% Savings

Here is the Rundown:

CVS:

T1:
4 starbucks Kcup pacs (2 3/2 coupons)
2 starbucks frap drinks (Earn $10 EB)
2 Gain Fireworks (2 2/1 cosupn from P&G 7/6)
Total: 34.71 (with tax)

TR 2:
1 Tide Detergent 9.94 (1.50 off Coupon)
3 Pantine Shampoo/ Conditioner (5.00/3 coupon from P&G 7/6)
1 Excedrine 100 ct (1.50/1 coupon & 1/1 Coupon printed from store coupon printer..Surprise!)
1 Pack Orbit (just to push it over $30) (Total over $30 to get $10 gas card)
– Total using $10 EB from T1= 9.53 + $10 Gas Card

KMART
this was my first time ever shopping at Kmart in this location and I only went because of the special doubling of coupons up to $2. My store was limiting 5 coupons total to transaction (not 5 coupons doubling, but they let me get away with adding extra coupons because they let other customers slide)

T1:
3 x16 ct tide pods (2/1 coupon from P&G 7/6 doubled to $4 off each)
4x16ct tampax pearl (4×2/1 couong from P&G 7/6 doubled to $4 off each)
T1 Total: 13 42 + $10 purchase (for next week)

T2: 2 oxiclean power crystals (one 2/1 and one 4/2 coupon)
2 hormel compleats (2 1/1 coupons doubles to $2off each)
1 milkbone brushing chews (1/1 coupon doubles to $2 off)
Hefty Trash Bags (I just needed these and had a 1/1 coupon & they were on sale I think)
T2 Total: 12.15

Walgreens:
4 tide detergent (4 x 1.50/1 coupons)
1 dawn dish soap (.50/1 coupon) (deal = 5,000 reward pts or $5.00)
2 mitchum deodernt (2 1/1 coupons)
3/$2 milky way & 2/$1 highlighters as filler items I had wanted to get ACT II Popcorn and that free tea but I could find neither at my store I also used 5 Register rewards I had earned from freebie shopping there last week
Total OOP: 8.16

Rite Aid:
Riteaid had a really good deal on crest white strips that I wanted to get this week ($10 off retail plus $7 up + rewards plus $7 off coupon but they didn’t carry the type for the P&G coupon so I had to give up on that one…instead I got)

2 Pistachios (2 50/1 coupons)
1 Beef Jerky 2 Goldfish (total of $15 of products for $5.00 up + reward)
3 12pk 7up for 3/$12 and $2.00 up+ using (3 1/1 7up 10 coupons, they didn’t have 7 up 10 so he let me try it with regular 7up and it scanned!)
Unfortunately, looking at my receipt later, apparently one 12pk didn’t scan so I didn’t get the $2 up+ reward…
Total OOP: 8.16 with a $5.00 up+ reward for next week!

So overall, today was not bad despite a few newbie hiccups!
