Today I did a double trip at Walgreens and didn’t do to bad…here is the results: Transaction 1: 2 Planters nuts @ 2/$7.00 used 1 $1 off SQ (from savings book) and $1 MQ = $5 for 2, got $1 RR 1 Aquafina Water 20oz $1 = $1 got $1 RR 1 Starbucks 4 pack of carmel fraps. $3.99, used $1 MQ from prior 24 case of Pepsi = $2.99 1 Cottonelle 12 pack of T.P. $4.99, used 1 $1 SQ and 1 $1 MQ= $2.99 4 Twizzlers @ 2/$3, used 2 $1 off 2 Twizzlers MQ = 4/$4 got 1000 points 2 Starburst @ 2/$4, used 1 $1 off 2 SQ and 1 $1 off 2 MQ= 2/$2 2 Sourpatch Kids @ 2/$4 used 1 $1 off 2 SQ and 1 $1 off 2 MQ= 2/$2 3 Hershy bars(fillers) $2.45 Used 6 $1 RR’s and 2 $1.50 RR’s from prior purchases.. Total with Tax was $13.41 Got back 2 $1 RR’s and 6000 points (forgot to use my beauty points booster or would have gotten a little more back I believe) So over all this trip I spent $5.41! Transaction 2(different store): 2 Kelloggs Rice Crispies $1.99 each (3.98) Used $1 off 2 = $2.98 2 Frosted Flakes $1.99 each (3.98) Used $1 off 2 = $2.98 2 Twizzlers @ 2/$3, used 1 $1 off 2 Twizzlers MQ= $2 1 Liquid Rolaids @ $8.99, used 1 $3 off 1 SQ and 1 $4.50 off 1 MQ = $1.49 2 Rolaids 70 count tablets 2 @ $5.49 each ($10.98) used 1 $2.00 SQ (which doubled to $4 off on both) and 1 BOGO MQ= $3.49 on one…got the second for free. 1 Aquafina 20oz water $1 got $1 RR Total with tax was $15.67. Got back 1 $1 RR and 5500 in points So over all this trip I spent $9.17! Total on both trips together spent $14.58 w/RR’s and points! Thank you KCL and also to their readers for their tips! It helps me and my family alot to be able tostock up on essentials as well as treat ourselves once and a while without feeling guilty about over spending!
