Advertised sale in Walgreen’s flyer for Kraft & Velveeta singles dinner pay $2 and receive$2 Register Rewards (RR). Also advertised is the “Live Smart Health Chews” pay $10 and receive$10 RR. First, talk with a cashier at Walgreen’s about their policy limit, mine said no limit. I explain the deal I am trying to do ahead of time, usually at the photo or cosmetic check out, to not tie up their regular check out line. I find being patient and polite goes a long way, the cashier usually ends up trying to help. Transactions 1 through 10: Bought 10 varieties of the Kraft / Velveeta offers. Paid $20 and received 10 and received 10 $2 RR. Trans 11: Bought 1 Living Smart for $10 and received $10 RR. Bought 4 Green Giant canned vegetables priced at 49 cents. Total was $11.96. Used 5 of the $2RR from trans # 1-10. Spent $1.96, but received $10 RR. Trans 12: Same concepts as above but used different filler items. Bought 1 Living Smart for $10 and received $10 RR. Bought 4 Russell Candies on sale for 39 cents each. Total was $11.34, but used the last 5 of the $2 RR from trans# 1-10 to pay only $1.34. But received $10 RR. Trans 13: Bought 2 “Finest Nutrition” Omega 7, mini size capsules (and you know those are more expensive than the regular size that gets stuck in your throat), regular price of $21.99 each, marked down to $5.49 each. Equals $10.98. (no MQ’s used). Bought 2 Colgate Optic Whites Rinse/Mouth Wash deal of 2 for $6 and receive $3 RR. (no MQ’s used). (Note: these actually rang up at $2.99 each and not the $3 each). Bought 2 Crest Pro Health Toothpaste deal of 2 for $6 and receive $3 RR. This I used a $1.50 off of 2 MQ newspaper coupon. I used the 2 $10 RR from trans #11 & 12. Which left me to pay $2.46. But I received 2 $3 RR equaling $6, in the same transaction, since Crest (P&G) and Colgate (Palmolive) are different companies issuing the RR. Trans 14: Different day/store. Bought 1 Kraft singles for $2 and received $2 RR. Bought 2 Butterball chicken broth on sale for 2 for $1 (aiming for a $3 total). Used one of the $3 RR from trans #13. Paid ZERO (tax was only 5 cents). Trans 15: Similar concept to #14. Bought 1 Kraft singles for $2 and received a$2 RR. Bought 2 Butter ball broths on sale for 2 for $1. Used $3 RR from trans #13. Paid ZERP, (tax again only 5 cents). The total savings added up from all the receipts was $128.76. I spent $25.76 (minus taxes). If I’m off a few pennies, sorry. The whole point of this is to share about not being afraid to expand on your “Rolling” experience. Trans 16: I love my pepsi. On sale for 4 for $4. Used 2 $2RR from trans 14 and 15. Total = ZERO, (tax 32 cents).
