another idea is to take an empty baby wipe container, put a small amount of fabric softener and add a little water, approximately 1/3 softener to 2/3 water, mix well, pour into the baby wipe container and throw in some small squares cut from sponges, or from some cloth diapers. These can be reused. just pull one out of the baby wipe container, squeeze out excess fabric softener and throw into dryer. replenish the mixture as needed .

I had a nightmare shopping trip yesterday at my local Kmart, what should have taken 20 minutes tops, took an hour. There were no $1 coupons for M&M snack mix, then I didn’t get my $5 coupon for buying 4. They didn’t know anything about it, but looked it up and did fix that for me. Then, I was off by $.01 on one transaction and didn’t get my $5 catalina, so had to grab another item while they cancelled out and re-rung my purchase. Then the register stopped working correctly on my last transaction and they had to cancel it out and put me on a different one. I get home and look at my receipts only to find they didn’t take off the $5 catalina coupon. I called and they said I could come in and they would fix it, but what a pain!! Kmart really needs to get with the program!

They should at least try typing up the code for the coupons. If it does not work then, then I would say ok you may not be able to use it. But to say if it does not scan we can not take it is not right. That is not right to let the manager make the final decision. It does not state that in there policy.

If you know someone who has some cloth baby diapers or you find some for a good price, just cut them into small squares and use them and you can store them in an old baby wipe container. Just pour some fabric softener into an empty baby wipe container that you have washed out, and put your cloth baby diaper swatches in and close the lid. make sure all the diaper swatches have some softener on them and then just pull one out each time you do a load of drying.

I know:) People think it is too much trouble…but after I save hundreds of dollars a month it is totally worth my time AND a really fun hobby! Plus, I love teaching my daughter great habits about money, I think it is really important. I think most people think we are “cheating” the stores, especially after “the show”. But, you and I both know the store MAKES money off of coupons! It is hard for me to fathom why people think it is ridiculous for us to try to save money when we can. I LOVE MY COUPONS and also try to share the wealth whenever possible:) Good 4 you!

If you use the Free coupon for KC Masterpiece it will not count towards your $25.00. Also, there should be hang tags showing what is included for the Glad Freezer Ware Promo, and those are included. Plus, they are counted towards the $25.00. According to Kmart, Glad Freezer Ware and Trash Bags are included under grocery.

It was on clearance. Too bad I didn’t have those coupons!! Where did you find those? The Wags shipping trip was on Saturday 5-19. ad to get my MM on the Starbucks before they expired=) I’m not sure if there are anymore left. I need more, for sure. 6 bags are not enough.

It happened to me very often not only in Walgreens but also in Riteaid, some cashiers just hate people buying free stuff, especially making money for using coupons. There was one casher in Rite aid just simply rejected my Q every time, his reason was if I used it, I was not only buying it for free, but also made money out of it. So I needed to call manager to ok it. But seriously who has the time for it? I totally know how you feel, they tried to make us feel bad because we did our homework and spend the time clipping coupon.

At one of my local walmarts someone took every single one that was on every package that cost 3.47. I just wanted a couple packs of pads that were 3.47. I really like u by kotex and 1.47 would of been a really decent price because I don’t see to many sales for the the pads for u by kotex. When they do have good sales for them pads at drugestores they always seem to run out. It sucks how some people become greedy.

Our Safeway will only double up to .50 cents per coupon always…they never double more than that, so on a $1.00, it makes it $1.50, (that made the Snyder’s free for me, because they were $1.49). Wish they would do a full double.

General Wags question: I have a rain check dated April 14. I saw on their website that they say they only honor rain checks for 30 days. I’ve probably missed out, but has anyone had any luck getting rain checks to work after the 30 days is up?
