One price adjustment for merchandise purchased at full-price, which has been marked down for the first time, may be made within 7 days from the original date of purchase. To request a one-time price adjustment, please e-mail us at clientservices@LOFTonline.com within the 7-day window. Will credit in form of original payment.

One-time price adjustment for items marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date on your purchase. Items purchased with coupons or promotional discounts are not eligible for price adjustments, but items purchased with Athleta or Gap Inc. brand Rewards or Free Shipping discount codes ARE eligible. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, you must call 1-877-3ATHLETA, or send us an email message at custserv@athleta.com within the fourteen (14) day window. Include your order number in your email message.

One-time price adjustment for items marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date on your purchase. Items purchased with coupons or promotional discounts are not eligible for price adjustments, but items purchased with Banana Republic Card or Gap Inc. brand Rewards or Free Shipping discount codes ARE eligible.

  • To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, you must call 1-888-BRSTYLE or send us an email message at custserv@bananarepublic.com within the fourteen (14) day window.
  • To obtain a price adjustment on an in-store purchase, simply take your receipt back to the store within the 14-day window.

Price adjustments are offered on full priced merchandise if presented within 14 days of the initial purchase date. Price adjustments are not offered on sale or discounted merchandise that was further reduced.

  • Online Purchases: To receive a price adjustment for full priced items that went on sale within 14 days, please mail a portion of your original packing slip indicating the sale items to:

One-time price adjustment for items marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date on your purchase. Items purchased with coupons or promotional discounts are not eligible for price adjustments, but items purchased with Gap Card Rewards or Free Shipping discount codes ARE eligible.

  • To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, you must call 1-800-GAPSTYLE, or send us an email message at custserv@gap.com within the fourteen (14) day window. Include your order number in your email message.
  • To obtain a price adjustment on an in-store purchase, simply take your receipt back to the store within the 14-day window.

Gymboree: read policy here.

A one-time price adjustment will be permitted on any item within 7 days of initial purchase with original receipt. No price adjustments on products purchased during Gymbucks earnin period. Online orders can only receive price adjustments as a result of a change to the price of the item at gymboree.com; store purchases can only receive price adjustments as a result of change to the price of the item in the store

  • To receive a price adjustment for an online purchase, email us at orders@gymboree.com, contact customer service at 1-877-4-GYMWEB (1-877-449-6932), or send your entire packing slip to Gymboree Online Store, Attn: Price Adjustments, 2299 Kids Way, Dixon, CA 95620.
  • For in-store price adjustment, take your receipt in the store, within 7 days.

 

Kmart: read policy here. (policy regards layaway items, I confirmed with customer service that it’s on ALL purchases!)

Customers can receive only one price adjustment on advertised items within seven (7) days. Spoke with Customer Service: 1-866-KMART-4U (1-866-562-7848), to confirm.

Kohls: read policy here

Basically, a price adjustment is a refund! In certain cases, we’ll give you money back if you bought an item, only to discover it was on sale later. If your situation meets all these criteria, you could be eligible for a price adjustment:

  • You bought the item on sale or at regular price.
  • Within two weeks (14 days) of the purchase date, the price of the item was further reduced from the final price you paid.
  • You have the original, dated sales receipt.
  • The item is not a Clearance markdown.

If you bought the item online at Kohls.com, call Customer Service toll-free at (866) 887-8884 if you think you’re eligible for a price adjustment.

If you bought the item at a Kohl’s Store near you, please visit the Customer Service Desk at that location with your receipt.

Old Navy Price Adjustment Policy: read policy here.

One-time price adjustment for items marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date on your purchase. Items purchased with coupons or promotional discounts are not eligible for price adjustments, but items purchased with Old Navy Card or Gap Inc. brand Rewards or Free Shipping discount codes ARE eligible.

  • To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, you must call 1-800-OLD-NAVY, or send us an email message at custserv@oldnavy.com within the fourteen (14) day window. Include your order number in your email message.
  • To obtain a price adjustment on an in-store purchase, simply take your receipt back to the store within the 14-day window.

One-time price adjustment for items marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date on your purchase. Items purchased with coupons or promotional discounts are not eligible for price adjustments, but items purchased with Piperlime or Gap Inc. brand Rewards or Free Shipping discount codes ARE eligible. To obtain a price adjustment on an online purchase, you must call 1-877-PIPERLIME (1-877-747-3754), or send us an email message at custserv@piperlime.com within the fourteen (14) day window. Include your order number in your email message.

Pottery Barn Price Adjustment Policy: no print policy available

Pottery Barn offers one time price adjustments within 30 days of original purchase. No other restrictions except that they will only adjust the price once! Pottery Barn stores operate on a totally different price structure than catalog or internet; no price adjusting between the two.

  • For catalog or internet orders, contact Customer Service at 1.888.779.5176, 7 days a week, 5:00 am – 9:00 pm (PT) to receive your adjustment.
  • For in-store purchases, take original receipt into the store within the 30 day period. [price adjustment policies may vary between stores]

Sears: read policy here

Sears will price match for 30 Days! Just bring your receipt back into the store to receive adjustment. Sears also matches prices plus 10%!

  • Price Adjust to Competitor Ads: If you find a lower price on an identical branded item with the same features (in Home Electronics identical brand and model number) currently available for sale at another local competitor retail store, Sears will match that price plus, give you 10% of the difference. Just bring in the original advertisement to a sales associate at the time of, or within 14 days after, your purchase.

Target: read policy here

If you see a lower price listed in one of our Target Weekly Ads, we will adjust the price of your online order to match the advertised price if you purchased the item within 1-7 days prior to the ad; you contact us during the Weekly Ad where the lower price is featured; and the lower price is not on a clearance item.
