I ordered several things from Totsy on 12/31/12. On the 3rd of Jan, I get a notice saying that my debit card was not valid due to them not using Paypal debit cards, so I called to tell them I updated it online with a new debit card- first call, no answer, second call, someone picked up and then hung up on me, third call, I finally got someone on the phone who told me they were off until the 1/6/13. So I waited until the 6th, and I was able to speak to someone who finally noticed that my information was correct online and who said it would ship out that same day. However, it was not shipped out until 1/9/13. After several calls to the Post Office, I finally got my order on 1/22/13. The Post Office told me this was the slowest shipping available. And they also told me that the box was so big they couldn’t deliver it and I had to go pick it up. When I went to pick my box up, the box was all tore up. Thankfully the merchandise was in good condition and everything was accounted for. I will have to think long and hard before I order from them again.
