Do you know if there’s a link to how to shop at kmart. Im amazed at so many peoples kmart deals. I just don’t know how to do it! I live in cali so our kmart (as far as I know) only doubles to $1.

I apologize for not responding earlier, I had a going away party today and was swamped!

I’ll try my best to break down a transaction.

Points to remember: If you want to learn how to shop like this, you have to learn from others and kinda add your own twist it. A lot of us learn from trial and error. I use the internet as a great resource to help. 

Shop your way rewards can be used immediately. You can pay any amount out of your account. For instance, I had P&G CRT’s that rolled (these printed after every transaction for hitting $30 worth of P&G products in my transaction) and whatever money was left over after coupons and the CRT, I paid out of my SYWRs account.

Sample transaction 1:

4 pantenes-4.99 ea
1 Tide Boost-6.99
1 Tide Togo pen-3.59

Sale:
BOG50% Pantene- Minus 2.50 + 2.50

Coupons used:
BOGO Pantene-Minus 4.99 + 4.99
$3/2 Pantene-Minus 3
$.50 Tide boost-Doubled Minus 1
$.35 Tide togo pen-Doubled Minus .70

Total:
10.87 + tax

Paid:
CRT-$10
Account: .87 +tax

Received
CRT $10
Account 4000+ points (This means I got $4.00 worth of points)

So I made money on each transaction. I don’t know why it triggered more than 4000 points on each transaction, but when I figured out it was doing that, I was A WHOLE LOT MORE HAPPIER!!!

I hate that they took all the Kmarts out of our area.  I would so be making some good deals!!!  Great haul…

The Kmart here is really full of people who don’t know how to scan coupons it’s headache going there if you have anything over 5 coupons they really freak out and tell you you can’t use it and don’t give valid reasons to why.  I stopped going there because of this.  

Great job! The ONE week I forget to check Kmart’s deals THIS HAPPENS!! LOL- although I can’t complain because I did score on the Ziploc, and this week on the Glad bags and Freezerware….

Question: when you calculate your savings, do you factor in your Cats when you USE them or when you REDEEM them? Otherwise it’s like Walgreens and “counting your RRs twice”
