Groupon, the original travel deal site, offers dozens of travel specials each week, with savings often exceeding 50 percent. In the last few weeks they have expanded their selection dramatically. This week, the offers range from a family water resort in Orlando to a romantic bed and breakfast in Maine. Groupon is now offering a variety of closing dates, not just the traditional Tuesday at 11:59 PM. Because of that, we’re now listing the closing time with each deal. Keep in mind, these escapes are becoming more and more popular and are continuing to sell out quickly. If you see something you like, be sure to act quickly.
Below are the highlights of this week’s Groupon travel specials:
Camden, Maine – Two nights’ accommodations for two people in at Hartsone Inn in Camden, Maine for $229 (a $445 value.) The Groupon also includes a $50 dinner credit, a bottle of wine and gourmet chocolates. Book and travel by May 19, 2012. The Groupon deal must be purchased by March 28, 2012 at 11:59 PM.
Cincinnati – One night’s accommodation for two adults and up to two children (age 20 and younger) in a superior room at the Millennium Hotel in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio for $79 (a $157 value.) Book and travel by April 30, 2012. Several blackout dates apply. This Groupon deal must be purchased by March 26, 2012 at 11:59 PM.
Orlando Area Water Resort – Two nights’ accommodations for four people at the CoCo Key Hotel and Water Resort in Orlando, Florida for $168 (a $314 value.) The Groupon also includes a breakfast for four and two welcome cocktails. Book by April 30, 2012; travel by June 30, 2012. Several blackout dates apply. The Groupon deal must be purchased by March 25, 2012 at 11:59 PM.
Estes Park, Colorado – Two nights’ accommodations for two adults in a lakeview king room at the Estes Park Resort, located just outside of Colorado’s Rocky Mountain National Park, for $250 (a $448 value.) The Groupon also includes a $30 dining credit. Book by May 22, 2012; travel by May 24, 2012. The Groupon deal must be purchased by April 3, 2012 at 11:59 PM.
