Fall is here.  The air is cooler at night, children are back in school, and the days are  getting shorter.  But have no fear…you can decorate for the season on the cheap!

I headed over to Potterybarn.com and Williamssonoma.com to drool over their seasonal holiday décor.  (And to inspire my Knock-out Knock-off Fall decorating).  Here are a few of the amazing finds I scored!

Pottery Barn’s Decorative Pumpkin with Lights is absolutely adorable and ideal for decorating September thru Thanksgiving.  The price tag, as is with most PB products, leaves us with an elevated heart rate at $59 to $79 each.  Yes, each.  And I wanted (shudder) three.  PB Cost:  $217

My proposed solution?  Head on over to my well kept secret…At Home America. Their version runs only $19.99 each…at that savings, pick up a whole patch full!  Note: there is a slight variation in size.  The $59 small PB version is 8″ in height, while this version is only 7″.  (I think I can handle that!)  My Cost: $59.97

Fall decorating isn't simply about pumpkins, gourds, corn stalks and turkeys.  To nail that seasonal décor feel, look for small accent pieces such as the Pottery Barn’s Birch Candles that help subtly bring the outside in. Don't want to spend $15-$69 on a single candle? Me neither.  PB Cost:  $59

Kohl's to the rescue!  Hurry over…they are on sale!  (wink wink)  Their Sonoma Life & Style Birch Bark Candles are currently reduced to $7.79 – $9.59 each.  SCORE!  My Cost: $25.17

Don't forget to pretty up the table.  Gold is all the rage for Fall.  It compliments the warm harvest earth tones and will warm up any table.  Pottery Barn’s Gilt Charger sits at $10.50. Total for 8 = $84.00

Want to save yourself some easy money?  Head on over to Target.com and pick up a set of 4 for only $18.89 . My Cost: $37.78

Total PB Cost for Fall décor:  $360
Total Knock-out Knock-off Savings: $122.92
A savings of 66%. See…it pays to shop!
