There are three ways to file store coupons. Look below to find the system that works best for you!

By Category

If you organize your binder By Category, file store coupons under the appropriate product category. Pro: It’s easy to find manufacturer coupons to stack your store coupons with when they’re side by side!

In Extra Sleeves

Set aside a few sleeves per store. Pros: it’s easy to check expiration dates and they’re with the rest of your coupons. Sleeves are available in many sizes– 9 pockets (baseball trading card), 8 pocket (coupons/ gaming cards), 6 pockets (tall/ wide trading cards), 4 pockets (postcard/ photo), 3 pockets (currency), and 2 pocket (5×7 photos).

With Envelopes

Label an envelope with each store’s name. At the start of the ad week, take out the expired coupons & put in the current ones. Pro: While preparing your shopping trip, add appropriate manufacturer coupons that you will be using in the envelope.
