Harris Teeter doubles manufacturer coupons with a face value of $0.99 or less every day, up to 20 per VIC card. Three manufacturer coupons and three printable manufacturer coupons are allowed per like item, with a total of three coupons per like item. Buy one get one free items ring up at half price, and a coupon can be used on both items.

Harris Teeter’s new eCoupon system is due to launch January 14, 2015. At this time, it doesn’t appear that “stacking” with paper or printable coupons will be allowed, and a cap will be placed on the number of eCoupons that can be loaded per VIC card.
