I filled my cart with a variety of deals at Family Dollar this week.
I didn’t want to miss a bargain on Purex 4-in-1 Laundry Pacs, which are on sale for $1.95. Using a $1/1 digital Smart Coupon brought my cost down to $0.95.
In the grocery section, I grabbed three two-liters of Dr Pepper and Canada Dry for $1 each. I also had a $0.55/1 coupon for any Jimmy Dean frozen breakfast product. Since the coupon didn’t have a size restriction, I used it to pay $0.45 for a single-serve English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich.
Since I’d clipped a $4/1 digital coupon, I picked up a package of Gillette Sensor 3 Cool Disposable Razors. The high-value coupon made my final price $1. Nearby, I spotted Freeman Sheet Masks on clearance for $0.50, so I grabbed a few of those as well.
Finally, I grabbed an easy deal on a couple of cans of Purina Dog Chow Wet Dog Food. Using a $1/2 digital coupon made them $0.50 each.
After coupons, my total came to only $7.90: that’s $0.72 per item.
