- Purchase at least $15 in qualifying products before tax in a single transaction at any qualifying retail store location or online by April 30.
- Take a photo of your entire receipt including the purchase date, qualifying purchases with prices, and the total amount spent.
- Go here to complete and submit the registration form before April 30.
- Once the receipt is validated, follow the instructions to select one of the available S’Well water bottle design options ($19.99 value) while supplies last.
