I stocked up on soda, pet food, and baby products at Family Dollar this week.
Pepsi two-liters are on sale for $1 each when you buy three, and Dr Pepper two-liters are $1 each when you buy two. This was a perfect time to use a digital coupon that I recently won by playing Smart Spins on the Family Dollar Smart Coupons app. The coupon was for $0.50 off a beverage purchase of $5 or more. So I used the coupon to get all five two-liters for $4.50 total.
I also had a digital coupon for $1/2 Purina Dog Chow High Protein Wet Dog Food. Since they’re regularly priced at $1 each, the coupon cut the price of both cans in half.
I grabbed some more half-price deals in the baby aisle. I used a $2/1 coupon from the Feb. 28 P&G insert to get a bottle of Johnson’s Head-to-Toe Wash for $2. From that same insert, I clipped a $3/2 coupon for Luvs diapers. After purchasing two jumbo packs of Luvs, I uploaded my receipt to Ibotta (download the app). I got $4 back in credit, making each pack only $3.50.
After coupons and rebates, my total cost came to $14.50; that’s less than half the regular cost for everything I got.

TOTAL COST: $14.50 FOR ALL 10 PRODUCTS WORTH $29.50
