Q stacking EB w/Q on CVS spend

There are some high value L’Oreal Revitalift coupons
and LRL Age perfect Q and LRL Facial Care Q.
I want to combine this with Spend $30 get $10 EB.
💰Is the $10 EB promo in the flyer valid in store only?

I see these EB offers on cvs.com but they don’t show on the app when added to the basket. In app the store flyer said EB offer in store only. And when you search for promotion on the cvs full website these show also as EB offers available.

So IDK if they will be earning EB or not, when placing online shipping order.🤔

Could you confirm
✅If the EB apply to the online order (should that say in the online order summary that the items will be earning EB?)
✅If the spend subtotal is B4 or after any Q

(read somewhere on KCL for CVS the spend is B4 any q, but want to confirm the order of the q, and if these will get apply on the EB offer online)

🤔 Is it safer to just make this in store for the EB to take and all the Qs to take?)
