Holiday Corn Flake Wreaths

1/3 cup butter – $0.33
1 (10 oz) bag miniature marshmallows – $1.07
6 cups Corn Flakes – $1.25
50 red hots or red mini M&M’s – $1.00
Green food coloring

Directions:

1. In a large saucepan, melt butter and marshmallows together over medium heat. Stir continuously until completely melted.

2. Add food coloring to marshmallow mix, stirring until desired color is achieved.

3. Pour Corn Flakes into pan and stir until combined.

4. Lay out a large piece of parchment or wax paper on the countertop. Dollop spoonfuls of Corn Flake mixture onto the paper. Grease your hands with butter or shortening. Use your fingers to shape each spoonful into an individual wreath. Top each wreath with three red candies. Let set for 20 minutes. Serve.

Yield: 14 to 16 wreaths
