Brownie Bottom Ice Cream Cake

1  box of brownie mix, baked according to package directions – $0.88
1  cup chocolate frosting (store bought works great) – $0.65
1  1/2 qt ice cream (any flavor) – $2.30
1  8 oz tub of Cool Whip – $1.00
1/4  cup of sprinkles – $0.15

Directions

1. Let brownies cool completely. Then spread the chocolate frosting all over the brownies. Place frosted brownies in refrigerator.

2. Now, remove ice cream from the freezer and allow to soften for about 30 minutes.

3. Top the brownies with the soft ice cream, spreading evenly.

4. Cover and place in freezer for 3 hours.

5. Before serving, top the brownies with the Cool Whip and top with sprinkles.
