Krazy in the Kitchen: Hawaiian Haystacks
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast  is cheap at Target this week, so here is a great recipe that can help you use it up.

hawaiian-haystacks

Hawaiian Haystacks

4 Chicken breast cooked and shredded
Chicken Bouillon (I use the chicken paste from Costco and used about 3 Tbsp)
Corn starch
Cooked Rice
Cheddar Cheese
Chow mein noodles
Tomatoes
Olives
Celery
Green onions
Mandarin Oranges
Pineapple
Coconut
Almonds

Boil chicken with chicken bullion for about 45 minutes or until chicken is easy to shred. Shred the chicken, then return back to the same pot.  Wait for the chicken to come to a boil and add corn starch and thicken it to the consistency of gravy.  Remove from heat. Cook any kind of rice, as per package instructions. Place cooked rice on a plate, add the the chicken gravy on top, and top with all of your favorite condiments. Quick and easy and the whole family will enjoy!!!
